Julian Taltavull ArchitecteLe projet porte sur l’aménagement d’une terrasse longitudinale et la reconfiguration intérieure de l’appartement, visant à améliorer confort d’usage, lisibilité des espaces et continuité avec le séjour.
La terrasse, étroite et exposée, est traitée comme un espace séquencé. Des dispositifs brise-vent ajourés, associés à des éléments plantés lourds, assurent stabilité et protection. Des écrans végétalisés préservent l’intimité, tandis que l’espace est structuré en zones: repas, détente, plantations, afin de rythmer le linéaire.
À l’intérieur, la cuisine est repensée comme un espace plus compact et ouvert. Sa profondeur est réduite au profit d’un linéaire fonctionnel complété par un îlot central. La dépose des cloisons libère les perspectives et renforce la relation avec le séjour, dans une palette de matériaux chaleureux.
La distribution est optimisée avec un accès indépendant à la salle de bain, tandis que les circulations sont discrètement intégrées : portes effacées et accès au dressing / buanderie dissimulé dans le mobilier.
L’ensemble compose un projet fluide, cohérent et ouvert, articulant espaces extérieurs et intérieurs.
