Ce duplex de 100m² en région parisienne a fait l’objet d’une rénovation partielle par nos équipes ! L’objectif était de rendre l’appartement à la fois lumineux et convivial avec quelques touches de couleur pour donner du dynamisme. Nous avons commencé par poncer le parquet avant de le repeindre, ainsi que les murs, en blanc franc pour réfléchir la lumière. Le vieil escalier a été remplacé par ce nouveau modèle en acier noir sur mesure qui contraste et apporte du caractère à la pièce. Nous avons entièrement refait la cuisine qui se pare maintenant de belles façades en bois clair qui rappellent la salle à manger. Un sol en béton ciré, ainsi que la crédence et le plan de travail ont été posés par nos équipes, qui donnent un côté loft, que l’on retrouve avec la grande hauteur sous-plafond et la mezzanine. Enfin dans le salon, de petits rangements sur mesure ont été créé, et la décoration colorée donne du peps à l’ensemble.

La reforma de la cuina es basa en una renovació total del mobiliari, parets, paviment i sostre; a la vegada es guanya espai movent una paret i transformant una porta batent en una porta corredissa. El resultat es el d’una cuina pràctica i optimitzada, alhora, el conjunt de materials segueix la mateixa sintonia. La reforma de la cocina se basa en una renovación total del mobiliario, paredes, pavimento y techo; a la vez se gana espacio moviendo una pared y transformando una puerta batiente por una puerta corredera. El resultado es el de una cocina práctica y optimizada, a la vez, el conjunto de materiales sigue la misma sintonía.

Die Küche dieser Wohnung ist mit Nussbaum Furnier und Schichtstoff ausgestattet. Mintfarbene Glasrückwände dienen als Spritzschutz. Indirekte LED Beleuchtungen unter den Hängeschränken stellen, genau wie die zahlreichen Schubladen und Schränke, Ausstattungsdetails dar.

Our client was renovating a house on Sydney’s Northern Beaches so a light, bright, beach feel was the look they were after. The brief was to design a functional, free-flowing kitchen that included an island for practicality, but maintained flow of the space. To create interest and drama the client wanted to use large format stone as a splashback and island feature. In keeping with clean, uncluttered look, the appliances are hidden in a multi-function corner pantry with drawers. An integrated fridge adds to the neat finish of the kitchen.
