The star in this space is the view, so a subtle, clean-line approach was the perfect kitchen design for this client. The spacious island invites guests and cooks alike. The inclusion of a handy 'home admin' area is a great addition for clients with busy work/home commitments. The combined laundry and butler's pantry is a much used area by these clients, who like to entertain on a regular basis. Plenty of storage adds to the functionality of the space. The TV Unit was a must have, as it enables perfect use of space, and placement of components, such as the TV and fireplace. The small bathroom was cleverly designed to make it appear as spacious as possible. A subtle colour palette was a clear choice.

Nell’Architettura d’Interni di questo appartamento di nuova costruzione a Milano, lo scopo era realizzare una casa dal Design Moderno e risolvere un dubbio sempre più sentito nell’Interior Design Residenziale: AVERE LA CUCINA DIVISA O IN OPEN SPACE CON IL SOGGIORNO? La soluzione è stata una via di mezzo, ovvero abbiamo studiato un totem centrale che separa funzionalmente, ma lascia scorci visivi correre da una parta all’altra dell’ambiente.Tutta la casa è stata affrontata con il concetto di Architettura d’Interni Sartoriale, vestendo le pareti con elementi contenitivi e decorativi su misura. Sempre su misura sono stati progettati anche i bagni e tutta la zona notte, inoltre uno studio particolarmente attento in tutta casa è stato quello dell’illuminazione.

Entre una cocina cerrada y una abierta al salón (o cocina americana), existe otra alternativa: la cocina con paredes acristaladas. Combina las ventajas de las opciones anteriores. Por un lado se gana en diseño y luminosidad y, por el otro, se mantiene la independencia de la cocina aislándola del resto de la casa de los olores y sonidos propios de esta estancia. Este es el resultado de la cocina con paredes acristaladas que hemos diseñado y montado dentro de la reforma integral que hemos realizado en este espectacular piso de Madrid para unos clientes el triple de espectaculares.

The combination of soft cappuccino gloss units and dark oak units are all enhanced with light reflective Quartz and a Dekton dark table top. The room is just a space you never want to leave as the views are breath taking.

Nos clients, une famille avec 3 enfants, ont fait l'achat d'un bien de 124 m² dans l'Ouest Parisien. Ils souhaitaient adapter à leur goût leur nouvel appartement. Pour cela, ils ont fait appel à @advstudio_ai⁠⁠ et notre agence. ⁠ ⁠ L'objectif était de créer un intérieur au look urbain, dynamique, coloré. Chaque pièce possède sa palette de couleurs. Ainsi dans le couloir, on est accueilli par une entrée bleue Yves Klein et des étagères déstructurées sur mesure. Les chambres sont tantôt bleu doux ou intense ou encore vert d'eau. La SDB, elle, arbore un côté plus minimaliste avec sa palette de gris, noirs et blancs. ⁠ ⁠ La pièce de vie, espace majeur du projet, possède plusieurs facettes. Elle est à la fois une cuisine, une salle TV, un petit salon ou encore une salle à manger. Conformément au fil rouge directeur du projet, chaque coin possède sa propre identité mais se marie à merveille avec l'ensemble. ⁠ Ce projet a bénéficié de quelques ajustements sur mesure : le mur de brique et le hamac qui donnent un côté urbain atypique au coin TV ; les bureaux, la bibliothèque et la mezzanine qui ont permis de créer des rangements élégants, adaptés à l'espace.

The ground level of this home is designed to cater to family and friends. The striking kitchen features the polished concrete floor which is used throughout most of the ground level. The timber-look tile is laid in a herringbone pattern and is used liberally on the walls to the ceiling height ,making a WOW factor statement.
