The client wished to merge their existing kitchen with the dining room, aiming for an open-plan kitchen diner. We managed the construction aspect of this project, guaranteeing a smooth transition from the building work to the kitchen installation. The kitchen was relocated to the newly opened area, enabling us to craft a functional and striking kitchen, complete with an island, ample storage, and extensive worktop space. Additionally, we designed a window seat within the bay window section, which further enhances storage options.

The customer wanted to create an open plan kitchen diner which maximised storage but also felt homely and inviting. We used soft colours on the cabinets and introduced open shelf details to create interest and add the warmth that wooden finishes bring to the space. Features: • 20mm Calacatta Gris quartz worktops and upstands • Taupe and Eucalyptus lacquered doors with matching handle channel. • Wide pan drawer storage on the island. • Bora Pure X vented induction hob. • Siemens single oven with microwave. • 1810 Purquartz sink in Concrete and stainless steel Curvato tap. • Tall pantry cabinet with pull out drawers. • Tall pull-out cabinets with baskets. • Corner cabinets with LeMans pull-out baskets • Open shelf area in natural vintage oak • Breakfast Bar on island

Dans le cadre d'un investissement locatif, mon client, expatrié à près de 20 000 km m'a confié la gestion totale de cette rénovation de 70m2 en plein coeur de Marseille, de l'état des lieux à la livraison meublée et clé en main. L'enjeu principal était d'implanter 3 chambres spacieuses alors qu'il n'en existait que 2 petites à l'origine. J'ai repensé l'ensemble des cloisonnements afin de lui offrir les espaces désirés et une salle d'eau supplémentaire. En regroupant le coin TV, le coin repas et la cuisine dans une même et large pièce, nous sommes parvenus à satisfaire toutes les attentes !

Introducing a ground floor flat within a classic Victorian terrace house, enhanced by a captivating modern L-Shape extension. This residence pays homage to its Victorian heritage while elevating both its aesthetic and practical appeal for modern living. Nestled within these walls is a young family, comprising a couple and their newborn. A comprehensive back-to-brick renovation has transformed every room, shaping the flat into a beautiful and functional haven for family life. The thoughtful redesign encompasses a side return extension, a modernized kitchen, inviting bedrooms, an upgraded bathroom, a welcoming hallway, and a charming city courtyard garden. The kitchen has become the heart of this home, where an open plan kitchen and living room seamlessly integrate, expanding the footprint to include an extra bedroom. The end result is not only practical and aesthetically pleasing but has also added significant value to the ground floor flat.
