I'm so glad I chose Karr Bick to help me with my first floor remodel, including a new kitchen and bath. My contractor said they were the Rock and Roll stars of kitchen design and they did not disappoint! I knew what layout I wanted but needed their help with color choices, backsplash, countertop and other considerations. I loved all their suggestions and the end result is gorgeous. I will never attempt a new kitchen without using a kitchen designer and this one was great!

Rebekah at Karr Bick took our ordinary, small kitchen and transformed it into Houzz quality! She was so willing to listen to our creative ideas and make them reality with the design skill set that seemed to come so naturally to her. She stood by every product we ordered and made the potentially stressful process seem doable and even fun with the contracting team she suggested to suit our personalities. Thank you, Rebekah, for helping our Houzz dreams become our Heaven.

We chose Karr Bick in large part due to their assurance to work within our budget, among other reasons. We paid a retainer and scheduled a contractor to begin work eight months out. Then, proposals for materials included NO consideration for our budget. This was not a 10-15% miss, but rather a 30-40% miss! Several months passed before we realized that our budget was not able to be met. Further adding to our extreme disappointment and frustration, Karr Bick has REFUSED TO REFUND OUR RETAINER (which would have been applied towards the cost of the project). Our project is now delayed as we search for a new path. Be careful – the disregard for budget and lack of transparency in pricing is concerning.

We recently purchased a home and did a complete gut of the kitchen/pantry areas. Karr Bick was recommended to me, and when I first met with Rebekah I was intimidated--she was very stylish and there I was dressed in cargo pants and a tank top complete with cat hair on it. I quickly got over it. I cannot say enough good things about Rebekah...she was easy to work with, had great ideas and 'got' my style. We love love LOVE our kitchen space, it is so beautiful and came out looking exactly like the picture I had in my mind. No project ever goes perfectly, so there were small hiccups, but Rebekah was always on top of things and making sure that if there was an issue that it was handled quickly and that we were happy with the result. Trust me, you will not be sorry if you pick Karr Bick to work with!

We are very pleased with the result of our master bathroom remodel. From start to finish the Karr Bick team was professional, reliable, and responsive. Wendy (lead designer) and Melissa (design assistant ) were easy to work with and enthusiastic about the project taking great care and attention to ensure that the design and implementation went smoothly. They supplied their expertise and experience but also allowed for me to have my design input as well. The Karr Bick installer (Barry) was outstanding. He took ownership of the project and paid great attention to detail with a high level craftsmanship. The project manager left the company before our project was completed but the entire team (including owners Todd and Jenny) stepped in to ensure the work was carried out to completion to our level of satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Karr Bick again for another project!

Bathroom remodel. Wendy (designer) was spot-on with all her materials selections. Went above and beyond to help us minimize costs when requested. Installer did a fantastic job and was very helpful when we had sizing and placement decisions to make. Project manager was very professional and helpful.

Wendy is a joy and was as enthused about our project and its outcome as much as we were. Giving a cottage sized kitchen, big house features takes skill, this Miracle Worker achieved seating for four, while two cook in 165 square feet space with a coffee bar to boot. AMAZING!!!!!

The people from Karr Bick have everything you'd expect from a top notch design company--they are experienced and professional, they offer quality products and installation, and they are responsive. What sets them apart from teams I've worked with before is their creativity and vision. My house was built in 1929 and the project required a lot of structural intervention, but given that it was the kitchen, the center of my home, I wanted the finished product not only to be functional, but I also wanted it to be a beautiful space my family could build memories in. Wow! Karr Bick did it! Rebekah was our designer. She talked us through our ideas and brought them to life. I love my space! It's beautiful and timeless. It's also very personalized, but I know that anyone could love working and living in my kitchen! Along with Jenny and Todd, Rebekah personally walked us through all of the important details that come up with tough home improvement projects. I'm looking forward to a bath remodel with this dream team in the future!

Rebekah did an outstanding job with the bathroom renovation in our 1924 home. She helped us meet our vision of a classic but contemporary look. Rebekah has exceptional taste and was able to guide us through the renovation process by taking the time to truly understand our style. Her selection of materials was above and beyond anything we would have selected for ourselves. We were very impressed by her high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire Rebekah for another project.
