115 sq.ft. ADU with 110 sq.ft. Bedroom loft convertible art studio and guests private unit. The frame is assembled from salvaged Eastern White Pine and Hemlock sawed on site with a Logosol chainsaw jig. Windows and doors were salvaged too, as well as most other interior and exterior components with the exception of the metal roofing and the roof rafters which are treated 2”x 6”. The ADU will have a small food prep area with mini fridge and sink. There’s a bathroom in the works as well. Photos by BirdofWoodArt
