Blenker ConstructionThis impressive great room features plenty of room to entertain guests. It contains a wall-mounted TV, a ribbon fireplace, two couches and chairs, an area rug and is conveniently connected to the kitchen, sunroom, dining room and other first floor rooms.
DANE AUSTIN INTERIOR DESIGN Boston & CambridgeAdjoining the living space, the lounge area showcases a wall of mirrors made with gilt frames found by the owner in the attic of his previous home. A black iron-and-crystal chandelier hangs above a pair of Nancy Corzine chaises in silk velvet. An accent wall in Coral Red arrowroot grasscloth by Phillip Jeffires picks up the hue the red lacquered Chinese chest.

Ranieri Construction LLCThe Primo fireplace by Heat & Glo gives the option to hang a TV above the fireplace which is what most homeowners are trying to accomplish. The heat can be vented away from the fireplace and into the room or outside, rather than directly above which would ruin a television.
The fireplace surround is slate laid in a herringbone pattern. Stacked ledger stone was laid in the niches behind custom made floating shelves that were stained to match 2 beautiful framed landscape photos the homeowners already owned.
The fireplace we removed was a standard square gas log fireplace with a drywall surround. We raised the new linear (ribbon) fireplace to be at eye level, when sitting on the family couch, to be a focal point in the room.

Here's a shot of the Great room featuring Moderno: Camden on the floors and back accent wall. A vast stone firplace reaches the ceiling, elavating the room to a contemporary upscale living area. Hallmark Floors' Darker color of Camden, from the Engineered Hardwood Collection - Moderno meeting the white carpet adds beautiful contrast.

Best represents the marriage of textures in a grand space. Illuminated by a giant fiberglass sphere the reharvested cathedral ceiling ties into an impressive dry stacked stone wall with stainless steel niche over the wood burning fireplace . The ruby red sofa is the only color needed to complete this comfortable gathering spot. Sofa is Swaim, table, Holly Hunt and map table BoBo Intriguing Objects. Carpet from Ligne roset. Statement of StyleWarm and inviting contemporary great room in The Ridges. The large wall panels of walnut accent the automated art that covers the TV when not in use. The floors are beautiful French Oak that have been faux finished and waxed for a very natural look. There are two stunning round custom stainless pendants with custom linen shades. The round cocktail table has a beautiful book matched top in Macassar ebony. A large cable wool shag rug makes a great room divider in this very grand room. The backdrop is a concrete fireplace with two leather reading chairs and ottoman. Timeless sophistication!

Color block sulla parete attrezzata e divano della stessa tinta.
