Melton Design BuildCustom built-in shelving frames this living room with additional storage space. It opens up the room, without looking too busy. Matte-white laminate cabinetry was used in this beautifully simple bookcase.

Antique & Art ExchangeThis room was done by Ken Fulk for the "Antiques in Modern Design" project. This room is fit for a traveler and collector. A 19th century pharmacy display cabinet is used to house and display the collection of finds from around the world. An art deco leather sectional sofa is used for comfort and for reading. A contemporary steel and glass coffee table sits on top of a wonderful antique, oriental carpet.
ArchventilNon sempre i metri quadri contano. Ovvero ci sono spazi piccoli che sembrano grandi se pensati bene e viceversa. Cambiando planimetria e facendo un bel progetto di finiture e selezione arredo si riesce a creare spazi più ariosi ed ampi.
Qualche mese ci è capitato un progetto di una casa, questa volta a Milano, di 70mq circa. Casa con planimetria fatta da corridoio lungo e buoio, 2 camere piccoline, una cucina minuscola e un bagnetto. Lo scopo era ricavare massimo di aria ma lasciare la possibilità di creare privacy delle certe zone.
Così è nato questo progetto in stile nordico minimale. Pulito. Con un minimo di massa. Unica parete vera - quella del bagno. Camera da letto separata dal living con un divisorio in vetro che si può chiudere con una tenda coprente. Unico blocco “solido” è il volume che funge da camino.
Luce lineare. Minimo di arredo. Finitura omogenea. Unico colore che copre tutto lasciando a volte “la parola” a degli elementi in legno o alle linee nere dei profili.
Pace. Tranquillità. Completezza. Respiro. E aria.

Pearl RemodelingThis house was only 1,100 SF with 2 bedrooms and one bath. In this project we added 600SF making it 4+3 and remodeled the entire house. The house now has amazing polished concrete floors, modern kitchen with a huge island and many contemporary features all throughout.

ArchventilAppartamento di 140mq a Milano, diventa una dimora in il minimal mediterraneo incontra quello nordico. Elementi esili e forme scultorei instaurano un forte contrasto. Mentre la palette cromatica di basa sui toni del grigio caldo dei rivestimenti e sul tono del legno chiaro. Planimetria estremamente fluida dove i passaggi liberi ad arco si alternano con le porte e le strutture in vetro. Aria e luce sono protagoniste che riempiono e trasformano questo spazio.
