Fran Kerzner- DESIGN SYNTHESISThey needed new custom cabinetry to accommodate their new 75" flat screen so we worked with the cabinetry and AV vendors to design a unit that would encompass all of the AV plus display and storage extending all the way to the window seat.
New dark wood floors were installed and a custom wool and silk area rug was designed that ties all the pieces together.
We designed a new coffered ceiling with lighting in each bay. And built out the fireplace with dimensional tile to the ceiling.
The color scheme was kept intentionally monochromatic to show off the different textures with the only color being touches of blue in the pillows and accessories to pick up the art glass.
Heiser DesignsThis extensive remodel project in Bellevue involved a complete overhaul to the lower floor of the home to become an ideal refuge and home-away-from-home for the clients friends and family. The transformation included a modern kitchen, reimagined family room space, dining area, bedroom and spa-inspired bath.
KK Design ConceptsWith its white cabinets, light colors and overall casual yet put-together feel this remodeled home in San Juan Capistrano reflects the typical California lifestyle. The orange sofa gives it a good punch!

Village and Coast, LLCOpen concept great room decorated in coastal casual style. Reverse floorplan affords views of the community treetops and a peek of the ocean in the distance. Built in cabinets flank the tiled gas fireplace for storage of all media components.

KK Design ConceptsIn this San Juan Capistrano home the focal wall of the family room has a relaxed and eclectic feel achieved by the combination of smooth lacquered cabinets with textural elements like a reclaimed wood mantel, grasscloth wall paper, and dimensional porcelain tile surrounding the fireplace. The accessories used to decorate the shelves are mostly from the homeowners own stock thus making it more personal.
