Signature Designs Kitchen | Bath | InteriorsThis client purchased a new home in Golden but it needed a complete home remodel. From top to bottom we refreshed the homes interior from the fireplace in the family room to a complete remodel in the kitchen and primary bathroom. Even though we did a full home remodel it was our task to keep the materials within a good budget range.
Richmond Hill Design + BuildCharming and timeless, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, freshly-painted brick Dutch Colonial nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Sauer’s Gardens (in the Mary Munford Elementary School district)! We have fully-renovated and expanded this home to include the stylish and must-have modern upgrades, but have also worked to preserve the character of a historic 1920’s home. As you walk in to the welcoming foyer, a lovely living/sitting room with original fireplace is on your right and private dining room on your left. Go through the French doors of the sitting room and you’ll enter the heart of the home – the kitchen and family room. Featuring quartz countertops, two-toned cabinetry and large, 8’ x 5’ island with sink, the completely-renovated kitchen also sports stainless-steel Frigidaire appliances, soft close doors/drawers and recessed lighting. The bright, open family room has a fireplace and wall of windows that overlooks the spacious, fenced back yard with shed. Eclectic accessories abound with textiles and artwork from all over the world. These world travelers love returning to this nature inspired woodland home with a forest and creek out back. We added the bejeweled deer antlers, rock collections, chandeliers and a cool cowhide rug to their mix of antique and modern furniture. Turner Design FirmOrganic Contemporary Design in an Industrial Setting… Organic Contemporary elements in an industrial building is a natural fit. Turner Design Firm designers Tessea McCrary and Jeanine Turner created a warm inviting home in the iconic Silo Point Luxury Condominiums.
Transforming the Least Desirable Feature into the Best… We pride ourselves with the ability to take the least desirable feature of a home and transform it into the most pleasant. This condo is a perfect example. In the corner of the open floor living space was a large drywalled platform. We designed a fireplace surround and multi-level platform using warm walnut wood and black charred wood slats. We transformed the space into a beautiful and inviting sitting area with the help of skilled carpenter, Jeremy Puissegur of Cajun Crafted and experienced installer, Fred Schneider.
Industrial Features Enhanced… Neutral stacked stone tiles work perfectly to enhance the original structural exposed steel beams. Our lighting selection were chosen to mimic the structural elements. Charred wood, natural walnut and steel-look tiles were all chosen as a gesture to the industrial era’s use of raw materials.
Creating a Cohesive Look with Furnishings and Accessories… Designer Tessea McCrary added luster with curated furnishings, fixtures and accessories. Her selections of color and texture using a pallet of cream, grey and walnut wood with a hint of blue and black created an updated classic contemporary look complimenting the industrial vide.
Bohannon Design TeamSuch a fun lake house vibe - you would never guess this was a dark garage before! A cozy electric fireplace in the entertainment wall on the right adds ambiance. Barn doors hide the TV during wild ping pong matches, or slide to neatly cover display shelving. The double glass door at the back of the room was the location of the old overhead garage door.
