Quelques pièces ont été recyclées comme la table et le buffet et de nouvelles pièces viennent apporter du caractère
AE StudioIl desiderio di un ambiente intimo e rilassante di una committenza innamorata del mare e dei viaggi ha guidato la ristrutturazione di questa residenza signorile e contemporanea. L’amore per il mare viene tradotto nelle scelte cromatiche e nell’accostamento con le calde tonalità del parquet dal colore e formato ricercato. Lo spazio non viene frazionato ma unificato con lo scopo di abbracciare in un solo sguardo tutto il living. A completare il segno architettonico sono posizionate ad hoc illuminazioni iconiche e per riscaldare ulteriormente l’atmosfera è possibile, con un gesto, accendere il bio-camino.

California Style Home CollectionsTraditional eat in, kitchen and family room. homeowners wanted a cozy space to watch TV and entertain. The colors of gold's, reds and creams set the tone for this space.
Beautiful Space CoInterior / exterior contemporary re-design in Paradise Valley. Our clients rarely used their large yard, mostly because it was poorly laid out and the small pool was too close to the home, allowing for very little patio space to entertain.
The new design closed in the old pool and added a new large one with integrated spa, further away from the home. The reclaimed space became a large patio, half of which is fixed shade, the other half adjustable for flexible light control, depending on the weather.

REDinteriorLighting on these shelves really draw attention to the special books and family memories. The metal cabinet insets allow for breath-ability for AV equipment without seeing what's behind closed doors.
Interior Planning CollectiveRemoved old brick fireplace and surrounding cabinets. Centered the extended wall to relocate and recess the T.V and added a new fireplace insert with remote controls. Freestanding chests along with lamps and elongated mirrors complete the new, fresh contemporary look.
