Everything HomeThe new construction luxury home was designed by our Carmel design-build studio with the concept of 'hygge' in mind – crafting a soothing environment that exudes warmth, contentment, and coziness without being overly ornate or cluttered. Inspired by Scandinavian style, the design incorporates clean lines and minimal decoration, set against soaring ceilings and walls of windows. These features are all enhanced by warm finishes, tactile textures, statement light fixtures, and carefully selected art pieces.
In the living room, a bold statement wall was incorporated, making use of the 4-sided, 2-story fireplace chase, which was enveloped in large format marble tile. Each bedroom was crafted to reflect a unique character, featuring elegant wallpapers, decor, and luxurious furnishings. The primary bathroom was characterized by dark enveloping walls and floors, accentuated by teak, and included a walk-through dual shower, overhead rain showers, and a natural stone soaking tub.
An open-concept kitchen was fitted, boasting state-of-the-art features and statement-making lighting. Adding an extra touch of sophistication, a beautiful basement space was conceived, housing an exquisite home bar and a comfortable lounge area.

D.E. Interior DesignsThis condo underwent an amazing transformation! The kitchen was moved from one side of the condo to the other so the homeowner could take advantage of the beautiful view. This beautiful hutch makes a wonderful serving counter and the tower on the left hides a supporting column. The beams in the ceiling are not only a great architectural detail but they allow for lighting that could not otherwise be added to the condos concrete ceiling. The lovely crown around the room also conceals solar shades and drapery rods.

Mon Concept HabitationPour ce premier achat immobilier, notre cliente souhaitait optimiser sa petite surface en créant de nombreux rangements et en séparant bien chaque espace.
Le coin nuit est donc isolé par une verrière et un store pour ne pas le cloisonner et réduire l’espace. On trouve des rangements ultra fonctionnels dans l’entrée/dressing, sous le lit mezzanine ainsi que dans la cuisine.
Le bois sombre du parquet que l’on retrouve également par petites touches dans le reste de l’appartement permet d’ajouter du caractère à cette petite surface !
TAKK STUDIODer Charakter der 19. Wohnung wurde von einem Modernisten gebrochen, Corbusiers Farbpalette: von warmem Beige über Grautöne und Blautöne bis hin zu rosa Akzenten. Blau, die Lieblingsfarbe der neuen Besitzer, wurde durch sorgfältig ausgewählte Möbel, eine Kunstsammlung und dekorative Accessoires in das Interieur eingeführt: ein speziell für das Interieur entworfenes Tagesbett in einer Erkerfensternische im Wohnzimmer, ein Vintage-Sofa mit neuem blaue Polster- und Malerarbeiten des Eigentümers.
Die von Agnieszka Kuczyńska vorgeschlagenen Gestaltungselemente bilden eine moderne, erfolgreiche Komposition aus zeitgenössischen Möbeln und zeitlosen Stücken im Bauhausstil. Eklektizismus und kühne Gegenüberstellungen spiegeln den Charakter und die Liebe zur zeitgenössischen Kunst der heutigen Besitzer wider.
Der stilvolle Charakter der Innenräume der anderen Räume wird durch die legendären Evergreens von Designstars wie Mies van der Rohe, Luis Poulsen, Ingo Maurer, Knoll und Harry Bertola bestimmt. Das Interieur darf polnische Akzente nicht verfehlen: Das Wohnzimmer wird von der Heimbibliothek der Marke Tylko dominiert, und im Badezimmer befindet sich der berühmte Stahlhocker von Oskar Zięta in Weiß.
Agnieszka Kuczyńska entwarf alle Einbaumöbel in der Wohnung: vom Kleiderschrank im Korridor über Schränke und Spiegel in beiden Badezimmern bis zum Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer mit einer speziellen begehbaren Tür zum Hauptbad. Speziell für dieses Projekt wurden auch ein Balkontisch und eine maßgefertigte Lampe über dem Esstisch sowie ein Tagesbett im Wohnzimmer entworfen.
Jameson Design GroupThe kitchen and family room are in the portion of the home that was part of an addition by the previous homeowners, which was enclosed and had a very low ceiling. We removed and reframed the roof of the addition portion to vault the ceiling. Two sets of glass French doors bring in a wealth of natural light.
The family room features a neutral mid-century sectional, reclaimed wood and lacquer furniture, and colorful accents. The painting by local artist Danika Ostrowski is a nod to the client's love of the desert and Big Bend National Park.
Marker Girl HomeThis design was for a family of 4 in the Heights. They requested a redo of the front of their very small home. Wanting the Entry to become an area where they can put away things like bags and shoes where mess and piles can normally happen. The couple has two twin toddlers and in a small home like their's organization is a must. We were hired to help them create an Entry and Family Room to meet their needs.
Courtney Thomas DesignWe made some small structural changes and then used coastal inspired decor to best complement the beautiful sea views this Laguna Beach home has to offer.
