Behøver sådan en lille størrelse virkelig sit eget babyværelse? Nej principielt ikke – men måske alle babys ting behøver et babyværelse? Eller mor og far behøver et værelse, så soveværelset ikke bliver babyværelse… Babyværelser kan være en fornuftig prioritering, hvis du har pladsen. Men hvad så med indretning af et babyværelse? Gør det den store forskel, når den lille ikke rigtig kan se så meget endnu? Ja absolut - og også for mor og far, som er dem, der skal bruge det i det daglige. Hvordan indretter jeg et funktionelt babyværelse?

Det gør du med tanke for både forældre og barn. For forældre handler det om de ting, der anvendes i det daglige: For eksempel puslebord, seng og legetøj skal være nemme at komme til, mens det for barnet handler om stimulus og udvikling. En baby ser ikke 100% som spæd, men både konturer og bevægelse registreres fra helt lille…med andre ord en babyværelse-dekoration kan støtte barnets naturlige sanseudvikling med farver, former og bevægelse. Og er der bevægelse nogen steder? Hvis ikke, så ved du, hvad der mangler på dit babyværelse …

Hvor finder jeg inspiration til babyværelse?

Online finder du nemt mange forskellige billeder af babyværelser og inspiration generelt, men babyværelse indretning handler om mere end blot god smag og de rigtige møbler. Et sødt tapet til babyværelse kan gøre rummet unikt, men uanset om du indretter babyværelse til pige eller babyværelse til dreng, så skal du i dine ideer til indretning af et babyværelse være opmærksom på, hvor du placerer de forskellige møbler. I din indretning af babyværelse bør du først og fremmest tænke lysindfald.
