A generic kids bathroom got a total overhaul. Those who know this client would identify the shoutouts to their love of all things Hamilton, The Musical. Aged Brass Steampunk fixtures, Navy vanity and Floor to ceiling white tile fashioned to read as shiplap all grounded by a classic and warm marbleized chevron tile that could have been here since the days of AHam himself. Rise Up!
Imagine Construction
This guest bathroom was transformed into a whole new configuration. Included was a new soaking tub & shower enclosure. The wall to wall, horizontal, white tile was installed to look like shiplap. This included the painstaking task of two different grout colors to help hide the transitions, and make it look more like true, wood, shiplap.

Image of Guest Bathroom. In this high contrast bathroom the dark Navy Blue vanity and shower wall tile installed in chevron pattern pop off of this otherwise neutral, white space. The white grout helps to accentuate the tile pattern on the blue accent wall in the shower for more interest.

Gayler Design Build
The hall bathroom was designed with a new grey/blue furniture style vanity, giving the space a splash of color, and topped with a pure white Porcelain integrated sink. A new tub was installed with a tall but thin-framed sliding glass door—a thoughtful design to accommodate taller family and guests. The shower walls were finished in a Porcelain marble-looking tile to match the vanity and floor tile, a beautiful deep blue that also grounds the space and pulls everything together. All-in-all, Gayler Design Build took a small cramped bathroom and made it feel spacious and airy, even without a window!
House Meraki
Small powder room remodel. Added a small shower to existing powder room by taking space from the adjacent laundry area.

This beautiful, functional bathroom for the family's two daughters is a light, bright and modern space. The patterned tile floor speaks to a european influence, while the clean lined vanity mirrors the hue. The custom floating maple shelves give a clean, modern and functional storage component in a beautiful way. The frameless shower enclosure features white oversized tile with white penny rounds on the floor and the shampoo niche. A soothing space for a busy family.

We were referred by one of our best clients to help these clients re-imagine the main level public space of their new-to-them home.
They felt the home was nicely done, just not their style. They chose the house for the location, pool in the backyard and amazing basement space with theater and bar.
At the very first walk through we started throwing out big ideas, like removing all the walls, new kitchen layout, metal staircase, grand, but modern fireplace. They loved it all and said that this is the forever home... so not that money doesn't matter, but they want to do it once and love it.
Tschida Construction was our partner-in-crime and we brought the house from formal to modern with some really cool features. Our favorites were the faux concrete two story fireplace, the mirrored french doors at the front entry that allows you to see out but not in, and the statement quartzite island counter stone.
