Joni Spear Interior DesignThibaut Medallion Paisley wallpaper adds a blast of color and drama to the small powder room. Trim paint is Benjamin Moore-Boca Raton. The existing faucet was replaced with the French-inspired satin brass fixture from Newport Brass. The 3 light vanity sconce adds an architectural detail and the medallion on the brass mirror echoes the design motif of the paper.
Blackline RenovationsDelivering what the client asked for, Blackline Renovations created a visually stunning bathroom with high impact finishes. By removing a wall and an unused linen cabinet, we were able to install a larger, more functional linen cabinet that was painted a vibrant blue and designed to match the original beadboard wainscotting and trim.
Esslinger Design CompanyThis small powder room was given a dramatic update with bold geometric wallpaper, funky brass mirror, lighting, and faucet, and brass and marble shelving with unique decorative accents. Photography by Picture Perfect House.
Sarah Solis Design StudioRenovation of 1920's historic home in the heart of Hancock Park. Architectural remodel to re-configured the downstairs floor plan, allowing for an expanded kitchen and family room. Bespoke english style kitchen and bathrooms preserve the charm of this historic gem.

Cathedral Construction, LLCThe bathroom layout was changed, opening up and simplifying the space. New fixtures were chosen to blend well with the vintage aesthetic.
The tile flows seamlessly from the hand-set 1" hex pattern in the floor to the cove base, subway, and picture rail, all in a matte-finish ceramic tile.
We built the medicine cabinet to match the windows of the house as well as the cabinets George Ramos Woodworking built for the kitchen and sunroom.

Christa Pirl InteriorsAn original turn-of-the-century Craftsman home had lost it original charm in the kitchen and bathroom, both renovated in the 1980s. The clients desired to restore the original look, while still giving the spaces an updated feel. Both rooms were gutted and new materials, fittings and appliances were installed, creating a strong reference to the history of the home, while still moving the house into the 21st century.
