Elisabeth CasadoPour accentuer le côté cosy de cette toute petite salle d'eau, les matériaux naturels comme l'ardoise et le bois exotique ont été choisis.
La porte et le plafond sont peints avec la même couleur que les carreaux muraux afin de favoriser le côté "écrin" de la pièce.
Le bac à douche dit "à l'italienne" est en ardoise massive.
Il possède une retenue d'eau pour plus de confort et de sécurité.
Une partie des murs et le sol sont également en ardoise.
Chi Renovation & DesignA once small, cramped space has been turned into an elegant, spacious bathroom. We relocated most of the plumbing in order to rearrange the entire layout for a better-suited design. For additional space, which was important, we added in a large espresso-colored vanity and medicine cabinet. Light natural stone finishes and a light blue accent wall add a sophisticated contrast to the rich wood furnishings and are further complemented by the gorgeous freestanding pedestal bathtub and feminine shower curtains.

Rachel Perls, Hue ConsultingThe lucky teenager who uses this bathroom requested blue. On close inspection, the tiles selected for the space were more aqua than blue, so a careful balance with the complimentary paint color had to be made so that aqua was "nudged" in the blue direction.

Home Upgrades, LLCRelocated walk in shower using large marble subway tile in a herringbone pattern with mosaic glass accent wall and inside niche. Chrome fixtures with handheld shower.
Ladd Suydam Contracting, LLCLadd Suydam Contracting- This was a small rework of a masterbath that needed a facelift. We replaced the 12x12 tiles in the shower with an oversized subway tile giving a nod to the period of the house. We also run the tile up higher than the previous. We replaced the flushmount light with an antique chandelier. We decided to save the slate floor and put more emphasis on shower walls and repainting the walls to this stormy teal color. The mirror was changed out for this larger version.

• The best of both traditional and transitional design meet in this residence distinguished by its rustic yet luxurious feel. Carefully positioned on a site blessed with spacious surrounding acreage, the home was carefully positioned on a tree-filled hilltop and tailored to fit the natural contours of the land. The house sits on the crest of the peak, which allows it to spotlight and enjoy the best vistas of the valley and pond below. Inside, the home’s welcoming style continues, featuring a Midwestern take on perennially popular Western style and rooms that were also situated to take full advantage of the site. From the central foyer that leads into a large living room with a fireplace, the home manages to have an open and functional floor plan while still feeling warm and intimate enough for smaller gatherings and family living. The extensive use of wood and timbering throughout brings that sense of the outdoors inside, with an open floor plan, including a kitchen that spans the length of the house and an overall level of craftsmanship and details uncommon in today’s architecture. •
David Moulton AIAIn the office bath, Sea Ranch Architect David Moulton AIA paneled ten-foot high shower walls with Artistic Tile's Ocean Brown Vein Cut Travertine tile. A six foot high mirror from Restoration Hardware hangs above a vanity of Emperador Marble and a Native Trails hammered-copper vessel sink, giving this small bathroom both punch and presence.
