building Lab, inc.A large window of edged glass brings in diffused light without sacrificing privacy. Two tall medicine cabinets hover in front are actually hung from the header. Long skylight directly above the counter fills the room with natural light. A ribbon of shimmery blue terrazzo tiles flows from the back wall of the tub, across the floor, and up the back of the wall hung toilet on the opposite side of the room.

Lucy Johnson Interior DesignSince the house has a view of Puget Sound, we created a dramatic, water inspired Powder room. Sandwiched between a stairwell and exterior wall, the only option to update this narrow space was to replace materials & plumbing. By installing a wall hung toilet and shallow wall hung vanity, we were able to make this narrow space feel larger. Using white modern sleek plumbing we were able to use dark accent colors to create a soothing space. Touched off with cascading amber glass lighting giving warmth to the cool palette.
Gardner/Fox Associates, IncAfter renovating their neutrally styled master bath Gardner/Fox helped their clients create this farmhouse-inspired master bathroom, with subtle modern undertones. The original room was dominated by a seldom-used soaking tub and shower stall. Now, the master bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower, custom walnut double vanity, make-up vanity, linen storage, and a private toilet room.

In the DeetsBright and fun bathroom featuring a floating, navy, custom vanity, decorative, patterned, floor tile that leads into a step down shower with a linear drain. The transom window above the vanity adds natural light to the space.
Columbia CabinetsThis stunning master bath was part of a very special Saratoga Showcase home designed by The Form Collaborative for a family with two small girls. Every detail was considered to maximize the vision of an open floorplan, with emphasis on unique focal points and indoor/outdoor connectivity and symmetry.
The master bath’s modern floating vanities, matte black fixtures and striking 4” x 12” elongated subway tile complement the Mid-Century Modern design and provide an oasis of Zen.
