Pinnacle Design & RemodelingThis client was very open to fun designs but wanted to make sure it had a messaging tub, and that it felt like they were at the beach. Mission accomplished! We did put natural wood tones along with fun large artisan blue tiles for their walk-in shower. Along with rock details to bring in the feel aspect of the beach. And finally a coastal wallpaper in their water closet!
Mon Concept HabitationDans cet appartement moderne de 86 m², l’objectif était d’ajouter de la personnalité et de créer des rangements sur mesure en adéquation avec les besoins de nos clients : le tout en alliant couleurs et design !
Dans l’entrée, un module bicolore a pris place pour maximiser les rangements tout en créant un élément de décoration à part entière.
La salle de bain, aux tons naturels de vert et de bois, est maintenant très fonctionnelle grâce à son grand plan de toilette et sa buanderie cachée.
Dans la chambre d’enfant, la peinture bleu profond accentue le coin nuit pour une ambiance cocooning.
Pour finir, l’espace bureau ouvert sur le salon permet de télétravailler dans les meilleures conditions avec de nombreux rangements et une couleur jaune qui motive !

This bathroom has ample storage with a mirrored cabinet, linen cupboard above the washing machine and ample room for a shower. The black bathroom fittings complements the overall bathroom nicely.
York House DesignsBecause the entire bathroom used to be a laundry cupboard, the client was really keen that when converting it into an ensuite, we were able to retain some really useful and beautiful laundry storage. By creating both the laundry cupboard and the shower area completely custom on site, we were able to maximise both areas. And it turned out beautifully.
Damco KitchensIn small spaces such as this, not having any wasted space is key. This bathroom has also been converted to include a laundry area. The washer and some overhead cupboards allow the resident to achieve efficiency in the home.
Ирина КирееваКвартира 118квм в ЖК Vavilove на Юго-Западе Москвы. Заказчики поставили задачу сделать планировку квартиры с тремя спальнями: родительская и 2 детские, гостиная и обязательно изолированная кухня. Но тк изначально квартира была трехкомнатная, то окон в квартире было всего 4 и одно из помещений должно было оказаться без окна. Выбор пал на гостиную. Именно ее разместили в глубине квартиры без окон. Несмотря на современную планировку по сути эта квартира-распашонка. И нам повезло, что в ней удалось выкроить просторное помещение холла, которое и превратилось в полноценную гостиную. Общая планировка такова, что помимо того, что гостиная без окон, в неё ещё выходят двери всех помещений - и кухни, и спальни, и 2х детских, и 2х су, и коридора - 7 дверей выходят в одно помещение без окон. Задача оказалась нетривиальная. Но я считаю, мы успешно справились и смогли достичь не только функциональной планировки, но и стилистически привлекательного интерьера. В интерьере превалирует зелёная цветовая гамма. Этот природный цвет прекрасно сочетается со всеми остальными природными оттенками, а кто как не природа щедра на интересные приемы и сочетания. Практически все пространства за исключением мастер-спальни выдержаны в светлых тонах.
