Custom Design & ConstructionThis project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. The vanity is custom made with traditional mid-century tapered legs. The next phase of the project will be added once it is completed.

Fireclay TileStep inside Ericka Hart’s favorite room. The primary bathroom in Ericka’s renovated Victorian home was transformed into an elegant haven thanks to 2” Hexagon Tile in Chateau and Basalt across the floor, 3x3 Ceramic Tile in Peabody surrounding the shower and tub, and a wainscot of 3x6 Chateau bracketed by Peabody 4x4 and Polias Trim.

Kraft Custom ConstructionOftentimes homeowners come to us with an idea of how they want to update their space. Through thoughtful discussion and truly understanding their needs, we develop the perfect plan together. The previous bathroom was burdened with a large jacuzzi tub, an outdated fiberglass shower, and limited open floor space. Our approach started with a simple shower and bath update and evolved into a complete reimagining of the bathroom. We prioritized fluidity and functionality, repositioning plumbing and overhauling the floor plan to create a space that seamlessly marries practicality with design impact.
The new bathroom features a custom knotty alder vanity with toe kick lighting and a sleek quartz countertop. Above, a defogging LED-lit mirror with touch screen controls adds a modern element to the bright and minimal bathroom aesthetic. The new custom shower blends sophistication with accessibility. Simple yet elegant porcelain fluted tiles and glass partitions frame the space, with a low-threshold entrance and strategically placed grab bars to support accessibility. Inside, a custom product niche with cove lighting adds both aesthetic appeal and functionality. In the end, the reimagined bathroom thoughtfully aligns the homeowner's lifestyle and design preferences.
Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncThe Granada Hills ADU project was designed from the beginning to be a replacement home for the aging mother and father of this wonderful client.
The goal was to reach the max. allowed ADU size but at the same time to not affect the backyard with a pricey addition and not to build up and block the hillside view of the property.
The final trick was a combination of all 3 options!
We converted an extra-large 3 car garage, added about 300sq. half on the front and half on the back and the biggest trick was incorporating the existing main house guest bedroom and bath into the mix.
Final result was an amazingly large and open 1100+sq 2Br+2Ba with a dedicated laundry/utility room and huge vaulted ceiling open space for the kitchen, living room and dining area.
Since the parents were reaching an age where assistance will be required the entire home was done with ADA requirements in mind, both bathrooms are fully equipped with many helpful grab bars and both showers are curb less so no need to worry about a step.
It’s hard to notice by the photos by the roof is a hip roof, this means exposed beams, king post and huge rafter beams that were covered with real oak wood and stained to create a contrasting effect to the lighter and brighter wood floor and color scheme.
Systems wise we have a brand new electrical 3.5-ton AC unit, a 400 AMP new main panel with 2 new sub panels and of course my favorite an 80amp electrical tankless water heater and recirculation pump.
GDP Interior DesignA family bathroom given a dramatic facelift. Plumbing layouts remained in place, but the room was stripped back and re-built, featuring continuous hob shelf, corner bath, and beautifully textured fittings.
Story LLCOur clients wanted to add on to their 1950's ranch house, but weren't sure whether to go up or out. We convinced them to go out, adding a Primary Suite addition with bathroom, walk-in closet, and spacious Bedroom with vaulted ceiling. To connect the addition with the main house, we provided plenty of light and a built-in bookshelf with detailed pendant at the end of the hall. The clients' style was decidedly peaceful, so we created a wet-room with green glass tile, a door to a small private garden, and a large fir slider door from the bedroom to a spacious deck. We also used Yakisugi siding on the exterior, adding depth and warmth to the addition. Our clients love using the tub while looking out on their private paradise!
Ventana HomeThis beautiful custom bathroom has carrara marble countertops, arched mirrors and sleel matte black fixtures and light sconces. Light floods in through a small window adjacent to the shower, which contains a custom niche and a combination of porcelain and marble tiles.

DwellifyThis green-loving homeowner came to us with a specific vision in mind - they wanted to go green. By incorporating a fun, geometric tile, a mix of black and gold accents, and a gorgeous free-standing bathtub, our team was able to turn this bathroom into their dream space. After the remodel was complete, the homeowner incorporated plants and additional green accents to take this green bathroom to the next level and truly make it their own.
Charles W Day DesignThe Master Bath was built out onto what used to be an old porch from the historic kitchen. We were able to find ample space to accommodate a full size shower, double vanity, and vessel tub.
