Innovative Design Build, IncThis master bathroom was reconfigured to maximize functionality and updated to a beautifully modern oasis. We changed the bathtub to a shower, moved the toilet, and went from a single sink to a double. We also added frosted french doors to create a grand entrance. Using a lot of white with chrome accents created a calming environment where our clients can relax at the end of a hard day.

The Home Co.We ? bathroom renovations! This initially drab space was so poorly laid-out that it fit only a tiny vanity for a family of four!
Working in the existing footprint, and in a matter of a few weeks, we were able to design and renovate this space to accommodate a double vanity (SO important when it is the only bathroom in the house!). In addition, we snuck in a private toilet room for added functionality. Now this bath is a stunning workhorse!

JLV Design LtdThe original built-in cabinetry was removed to make space for a new compact en-suite. The guest room was repurposed as a home office as well.
Wyman Lane InteriorsModern farmhouse bathroom remodel featuring a beautiful Carrara marble counter and gray vanity which includes two drawers and an open shelf at the bottom for wicker baskets that add warmth and texture to the space. The hardware finish is polished chrome. The walls and ceiling are painted in Sherwin Williams Westhighland White 7566 for a light and airy vibe. The vanity wall showcases a shiplap wood detail. Above the vanity on either side of the round mirror are two, round glass chrome plated, wall sconces that add a classic feeling to the room. The alcove shower/cast iron tub combo includes a niche for shampoo. The shower walls have a white textured tile in a subway pattern with a light gray grout and an accent trim of multi-gray penny round mosaic tile which complements the gray and white color scheme.
Dea ContractorThis bathroom was original to the house. We wanted to create a mid century modern feel so we knocked down the wall between the vanity and the shower and replaced it with a glass door. To make the space feel larger we extend the hexagon tiles from the bathroom all along the back wall. Shelves were added to increase storage space and of course all materials, fixtures and cabinets were updated.
Boyce Design + BuildA bright and modern guest bathroom is a bonus in this contemporary basement remodel. A spacious shower with glass doors features a classic, beige, 3 x 12 high gloss ceramic shower tile and a penny ceramic mosaic shower floor in a white finish. The Blume Deco porcelain tile bathroom floor adds a pop of color to the neutral earth tones used in this custom bathroom design.
Jeff Merrick DesignsUpdated and Reorganized bathroom in Danville CA, built by the great team at Benchmark Home Construction. Design and drafting process relocated the master closet into what used to be the shower and toilet room.
Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncAn original 1930’s English Tudor with only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath spanning about 1730 sq.ft. was purchased by a family with 2 amazing young kids, we saw the potential of this property to become a wonderful nest for the family to grow.
The plan was to reach a 2550 sq. ft. home with 4 bedroom and 4 baths spanning over 2 stories.
With continuation of the exiting architectural style of the existing home.
A large 1000sq. ft. addition was constructed at the back portion of the house to include the expended master bedroom and a second-floor guest suite with a large observation balcony overlooking the mountains of Angeles Forest.
An L shape staircase leading to the upstairs creates a moment of modern art with an all white walls and ceilings of this vaulted space act as a picture frame for a tall window facing the northern mountains almost as a live landscape painting that changes throughout the different times of day.
Tall high sloped roof created an amazing, vaulted space in the guest suite with 4 uniquely designed windows extruding out with separate gable roof above.
The downstairs bedroom boasts 9’ ceilings, extremely tall windows to enjoy the greenery of the backyard, vertical wood paneling on the walls add a warmth that is not seen very often in today’s new build.
The master bathroom has a showcase 42sq. walk-in shower with its own private south facing window to illuminate the space with natural morning light. A larger format wood siding was using for the vanity backsplash wall and a private water closet for privacy.
In the interior reconfiguration and remodel portion of the project the area serving as a family room was transformed to an additional bedroom with a private bath, a laundry room and hallway.
The old bathroom was divided with a wall and a pocket door into a powder room the leads to a tub room.
The biggest change was the kitchen area, as befitting to the 1930’s the dining room, kitchen, utility room and laundry room were all compartmentalized and enclosed.
We eliminated all these partitions and walls to create a large open kitchen area that is completely open to the vaulted dining room. This way the natural light the washes the kitchen in the morning and the rays of sun that hit the dining room in the afternoon can be shared by the two areas.
The opening to the living room remained only at 8’ to keep a division of space.

Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLCThe oversize shower has tile to the ceiling and an adjustable-mount hand held spray making it ideal for anyone to use. Plumbing fixtures are in a brushed chrome finish.
