Corinthian Fine HomesOur busy young homeowners were looking to move back to Indianapolis and considered building new, but they fell in love with the great bones of this Coppergate home. The home reflected different times and different lifestyles and had become poorly suited to contemporary living. We worked with Stacy Thompson of Compass Design for the design and finishing touches on this renovation. The makeover included improving the awkwardness of the front entrance into the dining room, lightening up the staircase with new spindles, treads and a brighter color scheme in the hall. New carpet and hardwoods throughout brought an enhanced consistency through the first floor. We were able to take two separate rooms and create one large sunroom with walls of windows and beautiful natural light to abound, with a custom designed fireplace. The downstairs powder received a much-needed makeover incorporating elegant transitional plumbing and lighting fixtures. In addition, we did a complete top-to-bottom makeover of the kitchen, including custom cabinetry, new appliances and plumbing and lighting fixtures. Soft gray tile and modern quartz countertops bring a clean, bright space for this family to enjoy. This delightful home, with its clean spaces and durable surfaces is a textbook example of how to take a solid but dull abode and turn it into a dream home for a young family.

Chester County Kitchen & BathMasterfully designed and executed Master Bath remodel in Landenburg PA. Dual Fabuwood Nexus Frost vanities flank the bathrooms double door entry. A new spacious shower with clean porcelain tiles and clear glass surround replaced the original cramped shower room. The spacious freestanding tub looks perfect in its new custom trimmed opening. The show stopper is the fantastic tile floor; what a classic look and pop of flavor. Kudos to the client and Stacy Nass our selections coordinator on this AWESOME new look.

Eight foot tall arched custom doors. A off white tent of white for the walls to keep it bright. A beautiful finished traditional guest bath room, with a timeless that will last.
Elnaz Irby DesignThis master bath is a relaxing spa like space for a couple to cool off after a busy day. Vintage looking materials were professionally put together in a modern way to manifest a transitional style. Faded colors have created a romantic foggy space in the soft window light. Design is open and slick in white and gray. Colors and patterns are subtle and sedative while varied in pattern. Mattes were enhanced with chrome and black finishes. Layout was changed, closet was extended, door frame was moved and barn door was added, shower was turned into a modern open square space, and the wall adjacent to the tub was removed. Bathtub, countertop, sinks, flooring, wall tile, backsplash, lights, hardware, and mirrors were all replaced.
Blackdoor Design by Tamra CovielloStep into this beautiful blue kid's bathroom and take in all the gorgeous chrome details. The double sink vanity features a high gloss teal lacquer finish and white quartz countertops. The blue hexagonal tiles in the shower mimick the subtle linear hexagonal tiles on the floor and give contrast to the organic wallpaper.
Progressive Design BuildUsing design influences from New Havana, we replaced all of the existing finishes with the exception of the tile floor. The wallpaper is called Pacaya Japura by Romo and is a stunning design featuring beautifully detailed palmetto palm leaves with a subtle textural appearance. The rich wood cabinetry is Dura Supreme in maple finished with a coffee glaze. The countertop is a Pompeii Quartz called Sunny Pearl which has a creamy beige background with broken seashells sprinkled in to bring your memories to the sandy oceanside. Sitting proud on the countertop is a beige travertine rectangular vessel sink by Signature Hardware. Finally, the Uttermost Balkan mirror is an eye-catching, rectangular wall mirror featuring beveled glass framed by hand-forged iron in lightly antiqued gold finish with an outer frame of clear, solid acrylic bars. Working together all of these finishes were carefully chosen to create the feeling that you were taking an evening walk down the cobblestone streets of Havana.
