За основу дизайна интерьера взят современный стиль с элементами легкой классики в сочетании с лаконичными формами пространства, светлой цветовой гаммой стен, современной европейской мебелью.
Планировочное решение квартиры разделено на 2 функциональные зоны: общественная (кухня-гостиная) и приватная (мастер спальня, детская с отдельным санузлом и игровая комната)

Our client came to us with a vision for their family dream house that offered adequate space and a lot of character. They were drawn to the traditional form and contemporary feel of a Modern Farmhouse.
MCHUGH SOLUTION:
In showing multiple options at the schematic stage, the client approved a traditional L shaped porch with simple barn-like columns. The entry foyer is simple in it's two-story volume and it's mono-chromatic (white & black) finishes. The living space which includes a kitchen & dining area - is an open floor plan, allowing natural light to fill the space.
Regarding DesignBuilt in the iconic neighborhood of Mount Curve, just blocks from the lakes, Walker Art Museum, and restaurants, this is city living at its best. Myrtle House is a design-build collaboration with Hage Homes and Regarding Design with expertise in Southern-inspired architecture and gracious interiors. With a charming Tudor exterior and modern interior layout, this house is perfect for all ages.

Kitchen & Bath Design + ConstructionThe homeowners and designer of this master bath incorporated a mix of finishes and features to create a unique twist on traditional styling.
DANIELLE Interior Design & DecorTransforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

Christopher's Kitchen & BathA small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. The entire vanity wall and shower is tiled in a unique textured Porcelanosa tile in white.

JWT AssociatesThe tile in the kids' bath is all new, designed to look original to the 1936 home. The tile is from B&W Tile in Los Angeles.
The Kitchen and Bath PeopleThis children's hall bathroom needed a total cosmetic makeover after being yellow from top to bottom. New white Shaker cabinets were installed with a white and gray Quarts countertop. The new double sinks are rectangular and are undermounted with polished chrome faucets.
