Before and After Builders, Inc.New ProFlo tub, Anatolia Classic Calacatta 13" x 13" porcelain tub/shower wall tile laid in a brick style pattern with Cathedral Waterfall linear accent tile, custom recess/niche, Delta grab bars, Brizo Rook Series tub/shower fixtures, and frameless tub/shower sliding glass door! Anatolia Classic Calacatta 12" x 24" porcelain floor tile laid in a 1/3-2/3 pattern, Medallion custom cabinetry with full overlay slab doors and drawers, leathered Black Pearl granite countertop, and Top Knobs cabinet hardware!
Builder BoyThis black-and-white powder room is a contrast of old and new as well as a lesson in spending priorities. It features a refurbished pedestal sink with a painted black background all set off by inexpensive subway tile.
UserWe were asked to create a very elegant master bathroom in this period 70's residence. We left many of the adjacent elements and finishes in place but created an entirely new aesthetic in the bathroom and dressing area. Four wing walls of low-iron glass are used in conjunction with the dramatic rear wall of Italian marble, beautifully book matched. Floors are 30 X 30 porcelain tiles. The pair of medicine cabinets left up to revel ample storage within the deep cabinets. Walnut cabinetry is custom designed by our studio. The skylight features a completely concealed shade which blocks out the sunlight completely, for those weekend days when you might want to sleep in late.
A more modest bathroom on the first level serves the guest bedroom and dinner guests.

Anchor BuildersThe homeowners loved the location of their small Cape Cod home, but they didn't love its limited interior space. A 10' addition along the back of the home and a brand new 2nd story gave them just the space they needed. With a classy monotone exterior and a welcoming front porch, this remodel is a refined example of a transitional style home.

Custom Design & ConstructionThis project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. The vanity is custom made with traditional mid-century tapered legs. The next phase of the project will be added once it is completed.

Floor & shower field tile from Porcelanosa. The floor tile continues into the shower without a shower lip. Frameless shower doors and custom wall niches for shampoo/soap. Floating white Quartz shower seat and linear floor drain by Schluter. Two shower heads and multiple body sprays on the ceiling.

KT Interior DesignA full renovation of a Primary Bath Suite. Taking the bathroom down to the studs, we utilized an outdoor closet to expand the space and create a large walk-in wet room housing a shower and soaking tub. All new tile, paint, custom vanity, and finishes created a spa bathroom retreat for our wonderful clients.
SCM Design GroupThis timeless design features beautiful faux marble floors from Eleganza Tile and a soaking bathtub from Signature Hardware that was designed specifically for leaning back and taking those long relaxing soaks after a hard day. We took out what was previously dark and closed in the shower and instead opened up space with the clean look of a glass enclosure.
Kendall Design BuildHow do you turn a small bathroom into a spa experience? We did it in this lovely little space in Ferndale. We started with a bathroom that had had few updates over the last 50 years, and we ended with a soaking tub, serene subway tile, soft gold fixtures and a nod to our client’s favorite style – midcentury modern – with a beautiful walnut floating vanity. We created storage in a little niche of the bathroom and topped it off with sconce lighting. This is a space you’ll never want to leave!
