We Got Lites
Named after the Philippine province of Capiz from which the vast amount of the world's supply comes from, capiz shells have been used for centuries to accent furniture and accessories. The tranquil beauty and soft luster of these shells are transformed into brilliant mosaics in the Roxana Collection. Carefully cut and pieced together onto glass, each shell is all natural and contains random hues and lusters that contribute to its depth and beauty. This becomes apparent when lit, as the shell's translucency allows its characteristics to show through. Embedded within the mosaic is an attractive ring of amber and rose glass beads adding contrast and jewel-like qualities.

Vision Interiors
This client has a son with Cerebral Palsy. Our goal was to create a design that was beautiful and function for his daily activities. The cabinets don't go all the way to the ground and there is a drain in the center of the room, creating a wet room for the entire space. The metal on the ceiling is a chair lift so he can be moved around the house in a harness. There is no shower dam so his wheel chair can also be used to bring him from the door into the shower. The sink has no cabinetry under it so that a wheelchair can roll up and he can easily wash his hands.

Adding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.

With its cavernous ambiance, the basement powder room is a mix of earthy hues and unexpected elements. An underlit floating vanity with stained oak cabinetry, vertical faucet wall, and textured blue stone tilework combine in an award-winning design.
A contemporary black pendant light by Vibia illuminates a quartz countertop from Cesarstone. Oversize floor tiles from Villagio complement the company's wall tiles.

Kids bathroom gets a sleek upgrade. We used a durable granite counter top for low maintenance. The deep color of the stone is a beautiful compliment to the natural oak cabinet. We created a small shelf out of the granite which is a perfect spot for our wall mounted faucet. Custom floating cabinet with towel storage below.

ADU (Accessory dwelling unit) became a major part of the family of project we have been building in the past 3 years since it became legal in Los Angeles.
This is a typical conversion of a small style of a garage. (324sq only) into a fantastic guest unit / rental.
A large kitchen and a roomy bathroom are a must to attract potential rentals. in this design you can see a relatively large L shape kitchen is possible due to the use a more compact appliances (24" fridge and 24" range)
to give the space even more function a 24" undercounter washer/dryer was installed.
Since the space itself is not large framing vaulted ceilings was a must, the high head room gives the sensation of space even in the smallest spaces.
Notice the exposed beam finished in varnish and clear coat for the decorative craftsman touch.
The bathroom flooring tile is continuing in the shower are as well so not to divide the space into two areas, the toilet is a wall mounted unit with a hidden flush tank thus freeing up much needed space.
