Sara MoseleA project along the famous Waverly Place street in historical Greenwich Village overlooking Washington Square Park; this townhouse is 8,500 sq. ft. an experimental project and fully restored space. The client requested to take them out of their comfort zone, aiming to challenge themselves in this new space. The goal was to create a space that enhances the historic structure and make it transitional. The rooms contained vintage pieces and were juxtaposed using textural elements like throws and rugs. Design made to last throughout the ages, an ode to a landmark.
Studio C Kitchen & Bath, LLCThe clients asked for a master bath with a ranch style, tranquil spa feeling. The large master bathroom has two separate spaces; a bath tub/shower room and a spacious area for dressing, the vanity, storage and toilet. The floor in the wet room is a pebble mosaic. The walls are large porcelain, marble looking tile. The main room has a wood-like porcelain, plank tile.
Gayler Design BuildThe hall bathroom was designed with a new grey/blue furniture style vanity, giving the space a splash of color, and topped with a pure white Porcelain integrated sink. A new tub was installed with a tall but thin-framed sliding glass door—a thoughtful design to accommodate taller family and guests. The shower walls were finished in a Porcelain marble-looking tile to match the vanity and floor tile, a beautiful deep blue that also grounds the space and pulls everything together. All-in-all, Gayler Design Build took a small cramped bathroom and made it feel spacious and airy, even without a window!
Mountainwood ConstructionZellige tile is usually a natural hand formed kiln fired clay tile, this multi-tonal beige tile is exactly that. Beautifully laid in this walk in door less shower, this tile is the simple "theme" of this warm cream guest bath. We also love the pub style metal framed Pottery barn mirror and streamlined lighting that provide a focal accent to this bathroom.

Lenton Company, Inc.Large primary bathroom with multi-level, double under-mounts sinks and make-up vanity, topped white quartz countertops. Double mirrors, wall sconces adorn the calming beige walls.

Walk-in Shower:
> Removed and replaced hot/cold mixer valve.
> Installed new P-Trap and drain cover.
> Constructed custom shower pan with three inch curb at opening.
> Constructed niche in side wall for soap/shampoo.
> Installed Silver Creek Polished Natural Stone Marble Honeycomb Wall Tile on shower floor, curb, walls, and niche.
> Installed ceramic tile in Boutique Dark Grey in shower and lower portion of wall around the bathtub.
> Installed seamless/frameless shower glass/door.
Tub:
> Removed old tub and installed a Dieppe Acrylic Oval Freestanding Soaking Bathtub.
Vanity Area:
> Built and installed new shaker-design vanity, double-sink cabinet (22"X76"), and medicine cabinet, then painted in white-tone.
> Moved drain and hot/cold lines over on vanity sink.
> Installed new 3-cm Valley White VicoStone quartz countertops with rectangle undermount sinks, with a four inch backsplash and standard edge profile.
> Installed new faucets.
> Install new mirror and vanity light.
> Final touches included installing new towel rings/rods and toilet paper holder.
