The result was a master bathroom that combined functionality with high-end design.
Create PerfectThis victorian bathroom benefits from lots of light and no overlookers which the clients love. This meant that we could be a little bolder and darker with the colour whilst still allowing a nice bright space to enjoy a soak or a spacious shower. This vanity unit was custom designed and made for the space and the patterned tiles add a touch of character needed for such a large area.

park21 designThis was a huge transformation of a very small guest bathroom. We were limited by the architecture and used tricks to make the space look and feel larger. We were able to expand the footprint of the shower by removing walls and using pony walls and glass as an enclosure. The white wall tile was chosen specifically as using something with too much color would make the space feel smaller. The waves are vertical which tricks the eye into looking upward to the expansive ceiling without focusing on the space horizontally. Because the vanity is so small, I chose to use some "bling" for the hardware to make it feel special. We used the stone countertop to frame the pony walls as well as the soap insert in the shower and the scrub step. There isn't room in this bathroom for a shower seat so we used a scrub step where you can put your foot to lather up or to shave your legs.

Upgraded with all-new electrical plumbing, window, door, cabinetry, glazing, tile and stone. The blue stone comes alive under the lights, accenting the vanity and exposed shelves. The large mirror and clear shower doors open the room and make it feel much larger than it is. We just love this bathroom, and our client is thrilled!

Without changing the footprint, we were able to create a bathroom with clean lines and contemporary elements. The white and deep blue accents compliment the warm neutral tones of the walls and flooring. The towel warmer beckons a relaxing soak or a quick shower in the updated Onyx shower surround. The existing vanity was repainted a navy blue and is accented with gold hardware. A white quartz countertop and tower cabinet complete the vanity update. Updated lighting, mirrors, and bath accessories are the finishing touches to this spa like bath. Retreat to the bedroom with new carpeting and a soothing paint color, finishes this master suite. Our customers were in awe of the transformation and could not be happier with the results!!!
