Seacliff Construction & DesignThis home has a beautiful ocean view, and the homeowners wanted to connect the inside and outside. We achieved this by removing the entire roof and outside walls in the kitchen and living room area, replacing them with a dramatic steel and wood structure and a large roof overhang.
We love the open floor plan and the fun splashes of color throughout this remodel.

In the DeetsA kid's bathroom with classic style. Custom, built-in, oak, double vanity with pull out steps and hexagon pulls, Carrara marble hexagon feature wall and subway tiled shower with ledge bench. The ultra-durable, Carrara marble, porcelain floor makes for easy maintenance.
Larisa McShane & AssociatesA custom smoky gray painted cabinet was topped with grey blue Zodiaq counter. Blue glass tile was used throughout the bathtub and shower. Diamond-shaped glass tiles line the backsplash and add shimmer along with the polished chrome fixture. Two 36” vertical sconces installed on the backsplash to ceiling mirror add light and height.
Pasquale Design Associates, Inc.This master spa bath has a soaking tub, steam shower, and custom cabinetry. The cement tiles add pattern to the shower walls. The porcelain wood look plank flooring is laid in a herringbone pattern.

Haven Design and ConstructionThis elegant bathroom belongs to the client's preteen daughter. Complete with a sit down make up vanity, this bathroom features it all. Ample cabinet storage and expansive mirrors make this bathroom feel larger since this basement bathroom does not have an exterior window. The color scheme was pulled from the beautiful marble mosaic shower tile and the porcelain floor tile is heated for chilly winter mornings.
Sledgehammer ConstructionThe artisan white subway tile was chosen to give the shower walls a textured feel and extended to the height of the wall to the toilet room, making the shower feel larger. The blue glass accent tile was extended into the back of the shower niche for some additional color. Polished chrome shower fixtures were chosen to match the new vanity and bathtub faucets. A large 6" square shower drain replaced the smaller 4" drain for easier drainage. The sand dollar and crab robe hooks add another dimension to the coastal feel the homeowner wanted.
