A thermostatic shower valve with diverter allows bathers to pick the right right shower head and the right water temperature for their personal comfort. A shampoo shelf is a cleverly disguised grab bar by Invisia. The hand held shower head rests on a wall hook that is adjacent to the fold down shower seat.
Twigg + Lu Design CompanyMid century modern bathroom design. Mixing warm wood tones with a lot of white subway tile. We contrasted the subway tile by using black grout. This vanity is "floating" it has no legs and is actually mounted to the wall. Cambria in Brittanica Gold was the perfect choice for this vanity top. We love the movement it provides as well as the warm color. The tub was selected by the home owner, we referred to it as the "egg tub" as it reminded us of a hard boiled egg cut in half. Delta plumbing fixtures were used throughout. We added a lot of plants for a lively feel and to contrast against all of the white.

UserThis original 1960s bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The original pink floor and vanity tile as well as the pink ceramic bathtub were all removed and replaced with a clean, timeless look. A majority of the wall space was retiled with classic white subway tile while the floor was redone with a beautiful black and white geometric tile. Black faucets and vessel sinks add a modern touch with the completed look being a combination of modern finishes and traditional touches.
