Custom Design & ConstructionThis project is a whole home remodel that is being completed in 2 phases. The first phase included this bathroom remodel. The whole home will maintain the Mid Century styling. The cabinets are stained in Alder Wood. The countertop is Ceasarstone in Pure White. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish. The flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile. The decorative tile is Wayfair “Illica” ceramic. The lighting is Mid-Century pendent lights. The vanity is custom made with traditional mid-century tapered legs. The next phase of the project will be added once it is completed.

KES StudioThe residence received a full gut renovation to create a modern coastal retreat vacation home. This was achieved by using a neutral color pallet of sands and blues with organic accents juxtaposed with custom furniture’s clean lines and soft textures.
UserAn updated master bathroom in a vintage 1900 cottage. The plinth based freestanding tub gives an original vintage feel to the room and the modern glassed-in shower adds 21st century amenities with a corner bench, rain shower head, hand held sprayer, and matching decorative grab bars providing safety features. Although the tile looks like marble it is actually easy care porcelain. Cabinetry and beaded wainscoting was designed to look original to the period and all moldings were matched to the homes original. The blue walls, Sherwin Williams 6477 Tidewater, provide a bright but soothing bath experience.

Til Mar Design Inc.Til Mar Design-We removed a tired old whirlpool tub and deck and replaced it with this wonderful freestanding tub. The old plastic shower pan was tossed as well in favor of a stone mosaic shower stall with half walls and frame less glass shower surround.
Before and After Builders, Inc.Installed new Medallion custom vanity cabinets with shaker style doors, Cambria quartz countertops, Delta fixtures, rectangular under-mount sinks, framed mirrors, Jacuzzi Air under-mount tub with Cambria quartz on the tub deck, window seat, shower knee wall cap, and corner shower seat. 12 x24 Porcelain wall tile with recesses/niches in the knee wall, stained glass wall tile on the plumbing wall of the shower and around the tub. Panasonic light/fan above the shower.
