Legacy Builders GroupThis Wyoming master bath felt confined with an
inefficient layout. Although the existing bathroom
was a good size, an awkwardly placed dividing
wall made it impossible for two people to be in
it at the same time.
Taking down the dividing wall made the room
feel much more open and allowed warm,
natural light to come in. To take advantage of
all that sunshine, an elegant soaking tub was
placed right by the window, along with a unique,
black subway tile and quartz tub ledge. Adding
contrast to the dark tile is a beautiful wood vanity
with ultra-convenient drawer storage. Gold
fi xtures bring warmth and luxury, and add a
perfect fi nishing touch to this spa-like retreat.
Kathy Kunz InteriorsWhen re-working a space, it pays to consider your priorities early on. We discussed the pros and cons of tearing out the bathroom and starting fresh vs. giving it a facelift. In the end, we decided that the buget was better spent on new solid oak herringbone flooring and new doors throughout. To give the space a more modern look, we opted to re-do the sink area with custom corian shelving and replaced all faucets for matte black ones. A lick of fresh, water-resistant paint, new lighting and some decorative elements (like the waffle towels seen left) gave the space a new lease of life.
Bathrooms By OldhamWe were engaged to create luxurious and elegant bathrooms and powder rooms for this stunning apartment at Birchgrove. We used calacatta satin large format porcelain tiles on the floor and walls exuding elegance. Stunning oval recessed shaving cabinets and dark custom vanities provided all the storage our clients requested. Recessed towels, niches, stone baths, brushed nickel tapware, sensor lighting and heated floors emanated opulent luxury. Our client's were delighted with all their bathrooms.

L’architecte en charge de la création de l’extension et les clients nous ont donné carte blanche pour aménager son intérieur !
Nous avons donc pensé et créé ce nouvel espace comme une suite à l’hôtel, comprenant chambre, salle de bain, dressing, salon, sans oublier un coin bureau et un minibar ! Pas de cloison pour délimiter les espaces mais un meuble séparatif qui vient naturellement réunir et répartir les différentes fonctions de la suite. Placé au centre de la pièce, on circule autour de ce meuble qui comprend le dressing côté salle de bain, la tête de lit et l’espace bureau côté chambre et salon, sur les côtés le minibar et 2 portes coulissantes se dissimulent dans le meuble pour pouvoir isoler si on le souhaite l’espace dressing – salle de bain de l’espace chambre – salon. Dans la chambre un joli papier peint vient accentuer l’effet cocooning afin de bien délimiter le coin nuit du coin salon.
L’alliance du noir & du blanc, le choix des matériaux de qualité crée un style élégant, contemporain et intemporel à cette suite ; au sol le parquet réchauffe l’ambiance quant à la vue exceptionnelle sur le jardin elle fait rentrer la nature et les couleurs dans la suite et sublime l’ensemble.
Arete Renovators Inc.This lovely River North remodel features many new and bright things. The floors are Anima Statuario porcelain tile that includes a lovely swirl of black. Blue-green cabinets hide a surprise kitty litter box inside. On top of the cabinets sits under-mount sinks with brass widespread lavatory faucets. The shower features a sit-down bench and lovely in the wall shelf. A handheld showerhead is accompanied by a wall-mounted one as well as a three jet shower system.
