Signature Design InteriorsSmall bathroom spaces without windows can present a design challenge. Our solution included selecting a beautiful aspen tree wall mural that makes it feel as if you are looking out a window. To keep things light and airy we created a custom natural cedar floating vanity, gold fixtures, and a light green tiled feature wall in the shower.

Cathie Hong InteriorsThis 1956 John Calder Mackay home had been poorly renovated in years past. We kept the 1400 sqft footprint of the home, but re-oriented and re-imagined the bland white kitchen to a midcentury olive green kitchen that opened up the sight lines to the wall of glass facing the rear yard. We chose materials that felt authentic and appropriate for the house: handmade glazed ceramics, bricks inspired by the California coast, natural white oaks heavy in grain, and honed marbles in complementary hues to the earth tones we peppered throughout the hard and soft finishes. This project was featured in the Wall Street Journal in April 2022.
Loft One ContractingMaster Bathroom with Italian porcelain floor tiles and frameless glass shower enclosure. All chrome finishes wrap this bathroom featuring a floating 72" vanity and a custom led front/back lit vanity mirror. Custom built in closet storage for linen. Shower consists of handheld, faucet, and 10" rainhead; All Kohler products used. Walk-in Shower has tile on its ceiling making it a perfect steam shower.
Carlton EdwardsThis guest suite has tall board and batten wainscot that wraps the room and incorporates into the bathroom suite. The color palette was pulled from the exterior trim on the hone and the wood batten is typical of a 30s interior architecture and draftsmen detailing.

Cyr Kitchen and BathThis Bathroom was designed by Tiasha from our Salem showroom. This bathroom remodel features Cabico Unique vanity, linen tower and matching mirror(s) cabinets with Cherry raised panel door style (565/P4/H) and Cognac stain finish with antique black glaze. This remodel also includes Cambria Quartz Buckingham color countertop Heathland 18x18 Amber bathroom floor. Other features include Heathland 12x12 Amber shower tile, Heathland 2x2 Sunset mosaic shower border, and Fidenza 2x2 shower floor. For Plumbing fixtures; Kohler Devonshire Oil Rubbed Bronze faucets, Victoria and Albert Cheshire Claw foot tub and Elizabethan classics Oil rubbed bronze for the tub filler.
Jordan Design-Build GroupOur clients wanted to add an ensuite bathroom to their charming 1950’s Cape Cod, but they were reluctant to sacrifice the only closet in their owner’s suite. The hall bathroom they’d been sharing with their kids was also in need of an update so we took this into consideration during the design phase to come up with a creative new layout that would tick all their boxes.
By relocating the hall bathroom, we were able to create an ensuite bathroom with a generous shower, double vanity, and plenty of space left over for a separate walk-in closet. We paired the classic look of marble with matte black fixtures to add a sophisticated, modern edge. The natural wood tones of the vanity and teak bench bring warmth to the space. A frosted glass pocket door to the walk-through closet provides privacy, but still allows light through. We gave our clients additional storage by building drawers into the Cape Cod’s eave space.
