Angela Francis Interiors, LLCThis home had a very small bathroom for the combined use of their teenagers and guests. The space was a tight 5'x7'. By adding just 2 feet by taking the space from the closet in an adjoining room, we were able to make this bathroom more functional and feel much more spacious.
The show-stopper is the glass and metal mosaic wall tile above the vanity. The chevron tile in the shower niche complements the wall tile nicely, while having plenty of style on its own.
To tie everything together, we continued the same tile from the shower all around the room to create a wainscot.
The weathered-look hexagon floor tile is stylish yet subtle.
We chose to use a heavily frosted door to keep the room feeling lighter and more spacious.
Often when you have a lot of elements that can totally stand on their own, it can overwhelm a space. However, in this case everything complements the other. The style is fun and stylish for the every-day use of teenagers and young adults, while still being sophisticated enough for use by guests.
Kate Roos Design LLCA 90 degree, radial, ceiling-mounted track for the shower curtain keeps the space open and light. A vanity cabinet and matching medicine cabinet as well as the wall cabinet and shelf above the toilet provide much-needed storage.

T-Square CompanyAn accessible shower design with both fixed and hand held shower heads. Both the diverting and pressure valves are lined up within an accessible reach distance. The folding bench seat can be sprayed from either shower head and the recessed can light keeps things visible. Grab bars surround the user for safety. A recessed shampoo storage niche is enhanced using random glass mosaic tiles.

Cedarstone Renovations Improvements Inc.This bathroom was a huge transformation. Originally, the bathtub and toilet were separated, we opened up the two rooms to merge the spaces back together. Two-tone fixtures match is the new upcoming trend - matte black faucets with gold trims (mirror and shower rod). The two windows are custom-sized casement windows to allow natural sunlight exposure. Plumbing was well hidden to custom full vanity depth.
Emerald City Construction & RenovationsThis project was such a joy! From the craftsman touches to the handmade tile we absolutely loved working on this bathroom. While taking on the bathroom we took on other changes throughout the home such as stairs, hardwood, custom cabinetry, and more.

Christopher's Kitchen & BathA small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. The entire vanity wall and shower is tiled in a unique textured Porcelanosa tile in white.

Shepel Homes - Kitchen and BathIn this home addition construction project, we converted an unused deck into a space that is more functional and practical.
This room addition which includes its own bathroom now stands on what was previously an empty deck on the main floor. The room features water-resistant vinyl flooring while the bathroom’s highlight is the beautiful shower tilework made of dark grey ShadeLines tiles from the Sant’Agostino Shadebox collection.
