Ashton RenovationsCraig & Chad are both professionals in the realm of design – fashion & detail. Our collaboration proved to be a fun challenge that resulted in a kitchen renovation with two bathrooms. Their main bathroom featured above makes great use of space with the addition of built in cabinetry, a wall niche, and storage beneath the sink. It also features a unique tile floor pattern from Centura with wood accents and herringbone patterns, which corresponds nicely with the black accents. Fixtures are beautifully made by Brizio by Jason Wu.

The clients wanted to update their teenage son's bathroom which had a few wear and tear issues.
There was talk to paint or replace cabinetry as the client had a vision and the current stain seemed to be in the way of that. They also wanted to be cost-effective, so we designed around the existing stained cabinetry.
Tschida Construction helped with the execution and helped with some creative behind-the-scenes problems that popped up. Having a design-build team that works together is so important and Nick and his team are awesome.

Spazio LAThe renovated master bathroom features Antique Black porcelain floor tiles, Craft White 3x12 subway tiles on shower walls, Novelty Herringbone glass mosaic tiles in "Opal" on the accent wall, a new freestanding tub, a double custom vanity with matte black cabinet pulls and and matching matte black Ferguson plumbing fixtures.
