Forward Design Build RemodelOur clients needed more space for their family to eat, sleep, play and grow.
Expansive views of backyard activities, a larger kitchen, and an open floor plan was important for our clients in their desire for a more comfortable and functional home.
To expand the space and create an open floor plan, we moved the kitchen to the back of the house and created an addition that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living area.
A mudroom was created in the existing kitchen footprint. On the second floor, the addition made way for a true master suite with a new bathroom and walk-in closet.
Artistic Design And RemodelingLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.

Kitchen Design ConceptsAfter reviving their kitchen, this couple was ready to tackle the master bathroom by getting rid of some Venetian plaster and a built in tub, removing fur downs and a bulky shower surround, and just making the entire space feel lighter, brighter, and bringing into a more mid-century style space.
The cabinet is a freestanding furniture piece that we allowed the homeowner to purchase themselves to save a little bit on cost, and it came with prefabricated with a counter and undermount sinks. We installed 2 floating shelves in walnut above the commode to match the vanity piece.
The faucets are Hansgrohe Talis S widespread in chrome, and the tub filler is from the same collection. The shower control, also from Hansgrohe, is the Ecostat S Pressure Balance with a Croma SAM Set Plus shower head set.
The gorgeous freestanding soaking tub if from Jason - the Forma collection. The commode is a Toto Drake II two-piece, elongated.
Tile was really fun to play with in this space so there is a pretty good mix. The floor tile is from Daltile in their Fabric Art Modern Textile in white. We kept is fairly simple on the vanity back wall, shower walls and tub surround walls with an Interceramic IC Brites White in their wall tile collection. A 1" hex on the shower floor is from Daltile - the Keystones collection. The accent tiles were very fun to choose and we settled on Daltile Natural Hues - Paprika in the shower, and Jade by the tub.
The wall color was updated to a neutral Gray Screen from Sherwin Williams, with Extra White as the ceiling color.
Jason Ball Interior DesignThis master suite remodel included expanding both the bedroom and bathroom to create a "living bedroom," a place this couple could retreat to from the rest of the house.
Annalisa Carli ArchitettoIl bagno degli ospiti è caratterizzato da un mobile sospeso in cannettato noce Canaletto posto all'interno di una nicchia e di fronte due colonne una a giorno e una chiusa. La doccia è stata posizionata in fondo al bagno per recuperare più spazio possibile. La chicca di questo bagno è sicuramente la tenda della doccia dove abbiamo utilizzato un tessuto impermeabile adatto per queste situazioni. E’ idrorepellente, bianco ed ha un effetto molto setoso e non plasticoso.

Any.L StudiosPerspective 3D d'une salle d'eau pour des clients faisant construire. Ils souhaitaient un style bord de mer, mais sans bleu, et aimaient beaucoup la voile. Nous avons donc choisi un parquet style pont de bateau en teck, que nous avons agrémenté de carrelage hexagonal blanc pour donner un effet de vague et casser la couleur marron. Ils ne souhaitaient pas de meuble sous vasque imposant et nous avons donc opté pour des planches de bois brut.

Mountainwood ConstructionThe phrase "luxury master suite" brings this room to mind. With a double shower, double hinged glass door and free standing tub, this water room is the hallmark of simple luxury. It also features a hidden niche, a hemlock ceiling and brushed nickle fixtures paired with a majestic view.
Simpson & VoyleThis beautiful principle suite is like a beautiful retreat from the world. Created to exaggerate a sense of calm and beauty. The tiles look like wood to give a sense of warmth, with the added detail of brass finishes. the bespoke vanity unity made from marble is the height of glamour. The large scale mirrored cabinets, open the space and reflect the light from the original victorian windows, with a view onto the pink blossom outside.
Jordan Design-Build GroupOur clients wanted to add an ensuite bathroom to their charming 1950’s Cape Cod, but they were reluctant to sacrifice the only closet in their owner’s suite. The hall bathroom they’d been sharing with their kids was also in need of an update so we took this into consideration during the design phase to come up with a creative new layout that would tick all their boxes.
By relocating the hall bathroom, we were able to create an ensuite bathroom with a generous shower, double vanity, and plenty of space left over for a separate walk-in closet. We paired the classic look of marble with matte black fixtures to add a sophisticated, modern edge. The natural wood tones of the vanity and teak bench bring warmth to the space. A frosted glass pocket door to the walk-through closet provides privacy, but still allows light through. We gave our clients additional storage by building drawers into the Cape Cod’s eave space.
