Pinnacle Design & RemodelingThese clients (who were referred by their realtor) are lucky enough to escape the brutal Minnesota winters. They trusted the PID team to remodel their home with Landmark Remodeling while they were away enjoying the sun and escaping the pains of remodeling... dust, noise, and so many boxes.
The clients wanted to update without a major remodel. They also wanted to keep some of the warm golden oak in their space...something we are not used to!
We landed on painting the cabinetry, new counters, new backsplash, lighting, and floors.
We also refaced the corner fireplace in the living room with a natural stacked stone and mantle.
The powder bath got a little face lift too and convinced another victim... we mean client that wallpaper was a must.
Distinctive Design / Build / Remodel, LLC.Free-standing Victoria & Albert bathtub is a focal point along with the beautiful herringbone pattern tile on the wall. You get a glimpse of the curbless shower with hexagon tile on the floor and subway tile on the walls. Bath filler is by Kohler.

Hudson Environments"Builder Beige" new construction. This guest bath came with bare white cabinets, grey walls and basic frame less square mirror with vanity light over the mirror. I added this black oversize picket tile back splash with charcoal/black grout. I replaced the builder grade mirror with a round metal framed one. We changed the lighting by, removing the light above the mirror and added two sconces, one on each side. For the final touch, I added the black hardware, to ensure the white cabinets remain white for as long as possible. Cabinets without hardware tend to get dirty quicker, because the doors pick up the oils from our hands. I wanted to avoid that for as long as possible.
The water closet came with this out-swing shower door.
The space was extremely tight for the smallest of people,
so for anyone of any size would feel closed in. So, I
switched out the builder grade out-swing shower door with a semi-frame-less sliding shower door. This allows for more room to move around, opening the space up just a tad.
ARDesign, Inc.The drama behind this small powder is all about the lighting effects. The rich navy-blue walls in a level 5 finish always the glass pendant lighting to float on the walls creating a soft calming mood as your in the space.

New white long vanity with large drawers and black quartz top and undermount sinks offers ample storage. The custom wool area rug welcomes one into the space.

The double sink vanity features a high gloss teal lacquer finish and white quartz countertops.
