Lisa & LeroyThe homeowners wanted a dual vanity (who doesn't?) but it was a small space, so we designed custom cabinetry to the depth that would work in the bathroom and kept it floating so that the space would look bigger. And the blue tile is a play off of the kitchen downstairs to keep a consistent thread throughout the house.

Chr DAUER ArchitectsAn interior remodel of a 1940’s French Eclectic home includes a new kitchen, breakfast, laundry, and three bathrooms featuring new cabinetry, fixtures, and patterned encaustic tile floors. Complementary in detail and substance to elements original to the house, these spaces are also highly practical and easily maintained, accommodating heavy use by our clients, their kids, and frequent guests. Other rooms, with somewhat “well-loved” woodwork, floors, and plaster are rejuvenated with deeply tinted custom finishes, allowing formality and function to coexist.

Design Me By MahlahThe theme for the design of these four bathrooms was Coastal Americana. My clients wanted classic designs that incorporated color, a coastal feel, and were fun.
The master bathroom stands out with the interesting mix of tile. We maximized the tall sloped ceiling with the glass tile accent wall behind the freestanding bath tub. A simple sandblasted "wave" glass panel separates the wet area. Shiplap walls, satin bronze fixtures, and wood details add to the beachy feel.
The three guest bathrooms, while having tile in common, each have their own unique vanities and accents. Curbless showers and frameless glass opened these rooms up to feel more spacious. The bits of blue in the floor tile lends just the right pop of blue.
Custom fabric roman shades in each room soften the look and add extra style.
Casabella InteriorsThe spa-like shower maintains its sleek profile by utilizing length-of-floor drains set into the tile.
Winding Lane InteriorsThis bathroom gets a fun, fresh update with Lilly Pulitzer for Lee Jofa's colorful coral on blue wallpaper, coral inspired mirrors, Roman shades with pom pom trim, and monograms galore!
Distinctive Interior DesignsWe divided 1 oddly planned bathroom into 2 whole baths to make this family of four SO happy! Mom even got her own special bathroom so she doesn't have to share with hubby and the 2 small boys any more.
Haven Design and ConstructionThis historic guest bathroom needed a fresh look that was in keeping with the home's original character. We started with the gorgeous blue and white handpainted marble tile flooring. Then, we painted the walls in a soft water color blue, freshened up the shower with crisp white subway tile and dressed up the sink area with a custom vanity with legs and Crystorama wall sconces. Fluffy towels and custom roman shades soften the look. The homeowners are thrilled to welcome guests to their new guest bathroom.
