Judith Wright DesignGuest Bathroom on Main Floor is authentic to the whimsical historical home. A freestanding tub with a retrofitted vanity custom designed from an antique dresser exudes character. The rich marble mosaic floor and countertop with shaped backsplash, brass fixtures and the lovely wallpaper design add to the beauty. the original shower was eliminated. A vintage chandelier and elegant sconces enhance the formality.

Erica Peale DesignThis luxurious spa-like bathroom was remodeled from a dated 90's bathroom. The entire space was demolished and reconfigured to be more functional. Walnut Italian custom floating vanities, large format 24"x48" porcelain tile that ran on the floor and up the wall, marble countertops and shower floor, brass details, layered mirrors, and a gorgeous white oak clad slat walled water closet. This space just shines!
Tangerine Designs Kitchens and BathsThis 90's style bathroom was in desperate need of a face lift. The bathroom had a typical built in corner tub, small shower and wrap around vanity area. The client wanted to make the space look larger so we installed bright white wall tile, floating white gloss vanities. We also used lighting behind the tub and under the vanities for mood lighting. This amazing Bain Ultra air jet tub also features chromotherapy light.
Eyoh DesignLouisa, San Clemente Coastal Modern Architecture
The brief for this modern coastal home was to create a place where the clients and their children and their families could gather to enjoy all the beauty of living in Southern California. Maximizing the lot was key to unlocking the potential of this property so the decision was made to excavate the entire property to allow natural light and ventilation to circulate through the lower level of the home.
A courtyard with a green wall and olive tree act as the lung for the building as the coastal breeze brings fresh air in and circulates out the old through the courtyard.
The concept for the home was to be living on a deck, so the large expanse of glass doors fold away to allow a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoors and feeling of being out on the deck is felt on the interior. A huge cantilevered beam in the roof allows for corner to completely disappear as the home looks to a beautiful ocean view and Dana Point harbor in the distance. All of the spaces throughout the home have a connection to the outdoors and this creates a light, bright and healthy environment.
Passive design principles were employed to ensure the building is as energy efficient as possible. Solar panels keep the building off the grid and and deep overhangs help in reducing the solar heat gains of the building. Ultimately this home has become a place that the families can all enjoy together as the grand kids create those memories of spending time at the beach.

Kitchen and Bath Etc.All the gadgets you could ask for in a relaxing shower experience. Use the mixer (above temperature valve) to direct water to the shower head, handheld, or both.

MC Design LLCA bookshelf to the left of the Victoria + Albert soaking tub in the master bathroom acts as a library, provides towel storage, and houses a pullout hamper. The walls and countertops are honed Crema Marfil marble to create a calming environment.
Christian ConstructionIt was a fun remodel. We started with a blank canvas and went through several designs until the homeowner decided. We all agreed, it was the perfect design. We removed the old shower and gave the owner a spa-like seating area.
We installed a Steamer in the shower, with a marble slab bench seat. We installed a Newport shower valve with a handheld sprayer. Four small LED lights surrounding a 24" Rain-Shower in the ceiling. We installed two top-mounted sink-bowls, with wall-mounted faucets.
