Lars Remodeling & DesignThis large Scripps Ranch master bathroom remodel is luxurious and functional, incorporating soothing neutral tones and plenty of customized details . The spacious double vanity also features a seating area, ideal for capturing the natural light as you go through your morning routine. The large walk-in shower features dual showerheads and discreet shampoo nook cleverly situated behind the pony wall to keep clutter hidden. In its original state, this bathroom had a large soaking tub that hadn’t been used in years and since they had the space, the client was eager to transform it into a large walk-in shower which better suited their lifestyle. A beautiful mosaic tile was selected for the accent walls and lends dimension to the space while perfectly marrying the other material selections. This bathroom achieved the homeowner’s dream of having a spa-like oasis in their home.
Addison Grace DesignA second floor full bathroom providing the most amount of storage and functionality. The gray floor tile matches the wall tile to create a cohesive design. The white built in vanity with chrome drawer and cabinet pulls keep the design clean and modern.

Z Interior Decorations Inc.This Master Bathroom remodel removed some framing and drywall above and at the sides of the shower opening to enlarge the shower entry and provide a breathtaking view to the exotic polished porcelain marble tile in a 24 x 48 size used inside. The sliced stone used in the curved floor design was hand placed by the tile installer to eliminate the tile outlines sometimes seen in lesser quality installations. The agate design glass tiles used as the backsplash and mirror surround delight the eye. The warm brown griege cabinetry have custom designed drawer interiors to work around the plumbing underneath. Floating vanities add visual space to the room. The dark brown in the herringbone shower floor is repeated in the master bedroom wood flooring coloring so that the entire master suite flows.
The Renowned GroupThe bathroom floors are Infinity Herringbone-pattern floors made of Bianca Dulatime. This stone is harder than marble and one of the whitest natural stones available. Both bathrooms have a vanity with custom lighting we designed to illuminate from underneath. All the fixtures are Kohler, an impressive line that includes a wide variety of design and finishes.
Extensive plumbing works took place in both the bathrooms. All the bathtubs were converted to showers. The shower and toilets are in a different location than the original design. Where the upstairs shower is now, was previously a closet. For ultimate bathroom comfort, a separate toilet area was constructed.
SynonymousAn outdated 1920's bathroom in Bayside Queens was turned into a refreshed, classic and timeless space that utilized the very limited space to its maximum capacity. The cabinets were once outdated and a dark brown that made the space look even smaller. Now, they are a bright white, accompanied by white subway tile, a light quartzite countertop and polished chrome hardware throughout. What made all the difference was the use of the tiny hex tile floors. We were also diligent to keep the shower enclosure a clear glass and stainless steel.

La Bella Casa Interior DesignsThis 1600+ square foot basement was a diamond in the rough. We were tasked with keeping farmhouse elements in the design plan while implementing industrial elements. The client requested the space include a gym, ample seating and viewing area for movies, a full bar , banquette seating as well as area for their gaming tables - shuffleboard, pool table and ping pong. By shifting two support columns we were able to bury one in the powder room wall and implement two in the custom design of the bar. Custom finishes are provided throughout the space to complete this entertainers dream.
