We had so much fun designing in this Spanish meets beach style with wonderful clients who travel the world with their 3 sons. The clients had excellent taste and ideas they brought to the table, and were always open to Jamie's suggestions that seemed wildly out of the box at the time. The end result was a stunning mix of traditional, Meditteranean, and updated coastal that reflected the many facets of the clients. The bar area downstairs is a sports lover's dream, while the bright and beachy formal living room upstairs is perfect for book club meetings. One of the son's personal photography is tastefully framed and lines the hallway, and custom art also ensures this home is uniquely and divinely designed just for this lovely family.

The real showstopper is the dramatic mosaic backsplash, intricate and stunning, full of texture and screaming sophistication. Creamy neutral toned floor tile, laid in a herringbone pattern, classic subway shower wall tile, crisp quartz countertop and posh hardware create the ultimate retreat.

Medford RemodelingStrategically placed LED can lights highlight the wood-look wall tiles and provide ample lighting of the space. A 4x4 luxe remote open skylight was installed just above the shower to let in plenty of natural light and incorporate the outdoors (another one of our client’s favorite features!) This high-tech skylight is operated by a digital wall panel, allowing it to open and close at the push of a button. The timer can also be set for it to open or close, in the case that the clients are leaving for the day and want to let out the steam from the shower without the unit remaining open the rest of the day.

Cabinet-S-TopMedallion Cherry Devonshire in French Roast. The countertop is Ventia Cream quartz with two rectangular undermount sinks. Ventia Cream quartz is also installed on the tub deck and shower threshold. Moen Brantford light fixtures in oil rubbed bronze. The Moen Wynford collection in oil rubbed bronze includes the faucets, towel bars and paper holder. In the shower is Moen Rothbury shower system in oil rubbed bronze. On the floor is Cava Bianco 122x24 field tile. The shower walls are SW Lab Natural Gloss 3x12 field tile accented with Crystal Shores Copper Coastal lineal tile. On the shower floor is Cava Bianco 2x2 mosaic tile.
McLennan Contracting, Inc.This open space contains one conventional vanity with storage, another vanity accessible with wheelchair, a spacious curbless tile shower with a seat, and multiple grab bars around the room for added safety.
Mariano & Co., LLCMaster and Guest Bathroom Remodels in Gilbert, AZ. In the Master, the only thing left untouched was the main area flooring. We removed the vanities and tub shower to create a beautiful zero threshold, walk in shower! The new vanity is topped with a beautiful granite with a waterfall edge. Inside the shower, you'll find basket weave tile on the floor, inlay and inside the soap niche's. Finally, this shower is complete with not one, but THREE shower heads. The guest bathroom complements the Master with a new vanity and new tub shower.
Schloegel Design RemodelWith dual shower heads, one being stationary and the other a handheld on a shower bar, our clients get the ultimate spa experience. Perhaps the most luxurious addition to the bathroom is the one unseen. Underfloor heat was installed throughout the bathroom and is carried into the shower and even the shower seat!
