Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncIn the quite streets of southern Studio city a new, cozy and sub bathed bungalow was designed and built by us.
The white stucco with the blue entrance doors (blue will be a color that resonated throughout the project) work well with the modern sconce lights.
Inside you will find larger than normal kitchen for an ADU due to the smart L-shape design with extra compact appliances.
The roof is vaulted hip roof (4 different slopes rising to the center) with a nice decorative white beam cutting through the space.
The bathroom boasts a large shower and a compact vanity unit.
Everything that a guest or a renter will need in a simple yet well designed and decorated garage conversion.

Meadowbank DesignsThis wallpaper, from Cole and Sons, is from an archival design by Piero Fornasetti. The wife fell in love with the print immediately as she has a penchant for women depicted in art. It makes her smile when she wakes up in the morning. The colors enhance the grain of the Carrara marble that runs throughout the bathroom.

Almaden Interiors, Inc.The Perfect combination of Form and Function in this well appointed traditional Master Bath with beautiful custom arched cherry cabinetry, granite counter top and polished nickle hardware. The checkerboard heated limestone floors
were added to complete the character of this room. Ceiling cannister lighting overhead, vanity scones and upper cabinet lighting provide options for atmophere and task lighting.

Golden Fine HomesThis was a whole house remodel done to prepare a 20 year old house for resale. Market comps for the neighborhood dictated the budget and we updated the house structurally with elements like a new roof, custom shower, counters, as well as aesthetically with new paint, carpet and fixtures.
This home is still the top seller for price per square foot over the past several years.
August InteriorsThis project involved 2 bathrooms, one in front of the other. Both needed facelifts and more space. We ended up moving the wall to the right out to give the space (see the before photos!) This is the kids' bathroom, so we amped up the graphics and fun with a bold, but classic, floor tile; a blue vanity; mixed finishes; matte black plumbing fixtures; and pops of red and yellow.
