Jarrett DesignA former client came to us to renovate her cramped master bathroom into a serene, spa-like setting. Armed with an inspiration photo from a magazine, we set out and commissioned a local, custom furniture maker to produce the cabinetry. The hand-distressed reclaimed wormy chestnut vanities and linen closet bring warmth to the space while the painted shiplap and white glass countertops brighten it up. Handmade subway tiles welcome you into the bright shower and wood-look porcelain tile offers a practical flooring solution that still softens the space. It’s not hard to imagine yourself soaking in the deep freestanding tub letting your troubles melt away.

Esta vivienda de carácter eclético se divide en dos zonas diferenciadas, la zona living y la zona noche. La zona living, un espacio completamente abierto, se encuentra presidido por una gran isla donde se combinan lacas metalizadas con una elegante encimera en porcelánico negro. La zona noche y la zona living se encuentra conectado por un pasillo con puertas en carpintería metálica. En la zona noche destacan las puertas correderas de suelo a techo, así como el cuidado diseño del baño de la habitación de matrimonio con detalles de grifería empotrada en negro, y mampara en cristal fumé.
Ambas zonas quedan enmarcadas por dos grandes terrazas, donde la familia podrá disfrutar de esta nueva casa diseñada completamente a sus necesidades

Creative Contracting Inc.As you walk into the Master Bathroom you are greeted with beautiful custom cabinetry and double vanities highlighted with down lighting. They are separated by a custom tower cabinet. Custom vertical mosaic tile back splash provides a blast of color.
hansen innenarchitekturDer Raum war, wie früher üblich, rundum raumhoch gefliest, die Dusche durch eine Wand abgetrennt. In einem gemauerten und gleichfalls gefliesten Regal neben der Tür war der Boiler untergebracht. Zuerst wurde alles – unter anderem zwei Lagen Fliesen – bis auf den Rohbau entfernt. Jetzt verschwindet der Boiler in einem raumhohen Einbauschrank neben der Tür, der gleichzeitig viel Stauraum bietet. Damit der Blick beim Betreten nicht zuerst auf das WC fällt, tauschten Waschtisch und WC ihre Position. Der Heizkörper unter dem Fenster wurde gegen einen Handtuch-Heizkörper gegenüber der Dusche ausgetauscht. Diese blieb an ihrem Platz, wurde aber durch eine bodenebene, geflieste Duschfläche mit Duschrinne ersetzt. Abgetrennt wird die Dusche durch eine Schiebetür-Glasanlage. Großformatige Fliesen sorgen für pflegeleichte Oberflächen. Aufgenommen werden sie noch einmal am Vorwand-Element des WCs, die übrigen Flächen sind verputzt. Bodenfliesen finden sich nur in der Dusche, im Rest des Bades wurde der Holzboden aus den anderen Räumen weitergeführt.

John Webb Construction and DesignHere is an architecturally built house from the early 1970's which was brought into the new century during this complete home remodel by opening up the main living space with two small additions off the back of the house creating a seamless exterior wall, dropping the floor to one level throughout, exposing the post an beam supports, creating main level on-suite, den/office space, refurbishing the existing powder room, adding a butlers pantry, creating an over sized kitchen with 17' island, refurbishing the existing bedrooms and creating a new master bedroom floor plan with walk in closet, adding an upstairs bonus room off an existing porch, remodeling the existing guest bathroom, and creating an in-law suite out of the existing workshop and garden tool room.
Alpha 1 BuildersThis eclectic bathroom gives funky industrial hotel vibes. The black fittings and fixtures give an industrial feel. Loving the re-purposed furniture to create the vanity here. The wall-hung toilet is great for ease of cleaning too. The colour of the subway tiles is divine and connects so nicely to the wall paper tones.
Amazing SpacesThe tub was eliminated in favor of a large walk-in shower featuring double shower heads, multiple shower sprays, a steam unit, two wall-mounted teak seats, a curbless glass enclosure and a minimal infinity drain. Additional floor space in the design allowed us to create a separate water closet. A pocket door replaces a standard door so as not to interfere with either the open shelving next to the vanity or the water closet entrance. We kept the location of the skylight and added a new window for additional light and views to the yard. We responded to the client’s wish for a modern industrial aesthetic by featuring a large metal-clad double vanity and shelving units, wood porcelain wall tile, and a white glass vanity top. Special features include an electric towel warmer, medicine cabinets with integrated lighting, and a heated floor. Industrial style pendants flank the mirrors, completing the symmetry.
