Blue Envelope Designs, LLCWater-like 12x24 floor tile. Coy inspired guest bathroom, complete with waves and ripples found on the mirror frame, the backsplash tile and even on the glass wall sconces.
CairnsCraft Design & RemodelOur client requested a design that reflected their need to renovate their dated bathroom into a transitional floor plan that would provide accessibility and function. The new shower design consists of a pony wall with a glass enclosure that has beautiful details of brushed nickel square glass clamps.
The interior shower fittings entail geometric lines that lend a contemporary finish. A curbless shower and linear drain added an extra dimension of accessibility to the plan. In addition, a balance bar above the accessory niche was affixed to the wall for extra stability.
The shower area also includes a folding teak wood bench seat that also adds to the comfort of the bathroom as well as to the accessibility factors. Improved lighting was created with LED Damp-location rated recessed lighting. LED sconces were also used to flank the Robern medicine cabinet which created realistic and flattering light. Khoury DesignStep into the spa-inspired master bathroom where you can enjoy all the luxuries it has to offer. This modern bathroom provides the owner with a free-standing tub, a large shower with handheld and rain showerheads, and two vanities with a make-up area. The warm tone chevron tile and walnut cabinets add a warm feeling to the marble-like large format tile. The unique materials and lighting fixtures displayed through its wall hanging pendants, mirror inserts, and drop-down quartz countertop.
Re-Bath by SchickerThis modern bathroom used 12" x 24" tile laid in a brick pattern along with an inset glass mosaic border. The beautiful all glass frameless shower enclosure added to the contemporary feel. The shower bench, grab bars and a hand held shower faucet added additional safety features. The inset storage niche in the shower allows for convenient storage for shampoo and soap.
UserMichael Merrill Design Studio enlarged this downstairs bathroom, which now has a spa-like atmosphere to serve pool guests as well as houseguests. Over-scaled tile floors and architectural glass tiled walls impart a dramatic modernity to the space. Note the polished stainless steel ledge in the shower niche.
Marcia Moore DesignFeatured in St. Louis At Home magazine. Glass tile strips installed vertically and at the back of the niche add a waterfall effect to the tub area in this spa-like, contemporary bath.
