Smith & Ragsdale Interior DesignAll the bathrooms were demolished and updated with new custom-design cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, tile, countertops and lighting. Our clients requested easy-to-maintain surfaces for the bathrooms.
Waterfall DesignA small bathroom, WC room and section of hallway were knocked into one space with 3 windows to create a bright, cheerful, but sophisticated, new family bathroom. Warm traditional tones from the white oak flooring and oak Shaker hanging pegs are complemented by the clean lines of bespoke cabinetry in mirrored and spray painted yellow finishes. Luxury is added by Cararra marble countertops and a glass chandelier, set in the sky blue ceiling. Finally, the scheme is "grounded" and enlivened by a Moroccan style tiled wall opposite the mirrors and basin. This feature helps prevent the shower enclosure from blocking out part of the room by "completing" the room and enhancing it's width.

Crystal Kitchen + BathThe clients in this Minnetonka home dreamed of a sophisticated space that reflected their style and harmonized with the other rooms. Crystal frameless cabinets in an off-white high gloss UV lacquer float above a large format porcelain tile floor, Caesarstone counter-tops, polished nickel plumbing fixtures, and a decorative wall sconce replace worn finishes and lend an air of sophistication. Earthy, limestone tiled walls with the cream and taupe color scheme blend with other areas in the home.
Storage solutions were a must as bottles originally cluttered the counter-top due to the lack of storage. Robern medicine cabinets hide clutter and an open shelf at end of tub provides display and storage area.
The shower was expanded to the window and inside, the bathtub surround creates a small ledge for setting toiletries.

Jugamos con un papel negro de jungla para aportar profundidad en la parte alta, recurrimos al mayor contraste con el negro, que es el color amarillo, para marcar rotundamente el pequeño mueble del lavabo, y jugamos a llenar la parte baja con un mosaico de mármol natural blanco en espiga para que no quedase ninguna zona completamente llena. Aquí el Más es Más. Por supesto, la lámpara debía estar a la altura y este Camaleón de Seletti fue la elección perfecta.
This small courtesy toilet was supposed to counteract with fun what it did not have in proportions. We played with a black jungle paper to provide depth in the upper part, we resorted to the greatest contrast with black, which is the yellow color, to emphatically mark the small vanity unit, and we played to fill the lower part with a marble mosaic natural white herringbone pattern so that no area was completely filled. Here More is More. Of course, the lamp had to be up to the task and this Chameleon by Seletti was the perfect choice.
