Cabinet-S-TopDesign Craft Maple frameless Brookhill door with flat center panel in Frappe Classic paint vanity with a white solid cultured marble countertop with two Wave bowls and 4” high backsplash. Moen Eva collection includes faucets, towel bars, paper holder and vanity light. Kohler comfort height toilet and Sterling Vikrell shower unit. On the floor is 8x8 decorative Glazzio Positano Cottage tile.
EASYdesignsThe primary bath boasts of a 72" navy double vanity with gold hardware. The rectangular mirrors framed with beveled mirroring compliment the space without overpowering other elements of the room. The Bath has all Moen fixtures in gold finish. The blue and cream soft patterned floor tiles cover both the bath and toilet closet and were the inspiration for the color palette.
Lori Erenberg Interior DesignHipster, cool, minimal and pop. Small, Narrow Bathroom with minimal light needed to add some brightness and pop of color floating vanities, wall-mounted water closets and illuminated vanity mirror. Orange glass shower door to shake it up.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this master bathroom, a large built in jetted tub was removed and replaced with a freestanding tub. Deco floor tile was used to add character. To create more function to the space, a linen cabinet and pullout hamper were added along with a tall bookcase cabinet for additional storage. The wall between the tub and shower/toilet area was removed to help spread natural light and open up the space. The master bath also now has a larger shower space with a Pulse shower unit and custom shower door.
Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncGuest bathroom / kids bathroom that was modernized a bit in style but still preserved some classical items so not to stray to far away from the houses original style.
The floor is matte finish marble, same marble continues also on the pony wall and the shower dam.
The shower is a walk-in shower since the space is limited and a door swinging will block the space.
The vanity is made out of walnut and its completely custom made.

We added some ambient lighting by back lighting the mirror and adding toekick lighting on a timer.
By using a floating vanity it makes the space feel larger.
