Sophia M. Amiano When homeowners think ADA, they tend to get scared or even nervous, wanting their bathroom to be of course functional for everyday use but also be beautiful and magazine-worthy. Well, in this master bath, we did just that. Featuring a curbless shower creating a wet room, this shower creates easy access in and out of the shower for these homeowners. The shower design also incorporates a large bench to use if needed while showering. The grab bars in this space almost appear as if they are not there, blending right into the design of the other plumbing fixtures with their style and finish. Altogether, this master bath is a timeless space from its functional design to the stunning materials we used, from sleek grey stained cabinetry, classic granite countertops, elegant porcelain tile, and striking black matte fixtures.
dnrdesignazD & R removed the existing shower and tub and extended the size of the shower room. Eliminating the tub opened up this room completely. ? We ran new plumbing to add a rain shower head above. ? Bright white marea tile cover the walls, small gray glass tiles fill the niches with a herringbone layout and small hexagon-shaped stone tiles complete the floor. ☀️ The shower room is separated by a frameless glass wall with a swinging door that brings in natural light. Home Studio gray shaker cabinets and drawers were used for the vanity. Let's take a moment to reflect on the storage space this client gained: 12 drawers and two cabinets!! ? The countertop is white quartz with gray veins from @monterreytile.? All fixtures and hardware, including faucets, lighting, etc., are brushed nickel. ⌷ Lastly, new gray wood-like planks were installed for the flooring.

Interiors By BThis master bathroom received a major facelift! New porcelain flooring that looks like marble, a custom designed shower with matte black hardware. Quartz countertops.
Pacific Coast Builders, Inc.This fun, contemporary guest bathroom has textured, large format shower wall ceramic tile and textured accent wall. Kohler, one piece toilet. Black toilet paper holder and towel bar. Grey, built-in vanity with shaker doors and black door pulls and quartz countertop and backsplash. Black plumbing fixtures with matching black, Schluter tile trim look great with the black, hex tile shower pan and black and white painted, cement floor tile. Quartz shower dam and niche shelf (same material used for the vanity countertop and backsplash).
Neil Kelly CompanyHigh contrast, high class. The dark grey cabinets (Decor Cabinets finish: bonfire smoke, Top Knobs hardware) and dark grey shower tile (Daltile), contrast with chrome fixtures (Moen & Delta), light grey tile accents, off-white floor tile, and quartz slabs (Pental Surfaces) for the countertop, bench, niches and half-wall caps.
TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
