The Property SistersThis vintage style bathroom was inspired by it's 1930's art deco roots. The goal was to recreate a space that felt like it was original. With lighting from Rejuvenation, tile from B&W tile and Kohler fixtures, this is a small bathroom that packs a design punch. Gail Green InteriorsCombining traditional and modern design concepts to create spacious, airy interiors with a historical connection, this aspect is evident in the creation of this Greenwich Master Bath. The fabrics and materials selected are classic and timeless. Landscape is reflection by the selection of an Italian ceramic tile laid in a variety of shapes land patterns inspired by formal gardens.
Antiques and other fittings enhance the historical feel of the room. These include an antique French painted cafe chair with a hassle motif, an antique silver mirror, and a glass figurine by Lalique.
Ellsworth Design BuildThe back hall after. We stole a few feet of the back hall to make a second full bath. The ceiling in this hallway and bath is lower then the rest of the condo to conceal HVAC ducts. Previously it had been a suspended ceiling, we opted for drywall. The recessed lighting here is the shallow LED 'recessed' lights as we didn't have clearance for true recessed lights with the ducting directly above.
Juan Felipe Goldstein Design Co.The original second bathroom was old and tired, we redesign the space took a coat closet out to enlarge the bathroom and used traditional accents to recreate the old look with revival tile from mission tile.
The idea was a fresh look with an old-world charm.
Jamie HerzlingerWhen I was awarded this project, the home owners were very sentimental about this bathroom as it had all of the original purple tile and tiny shower, as the Ouse was built in 1927, they wanted to retain as much of the character as there could be retained. The entire Ouse had gone through so many bad remodels, as none of the remodels were true to the original style which was a Classical Mediterranean. I got to re- do the master bath with the promise that all would look original. All of the tile and pluming fixtures are available on JAMIESHOP.COM

12/12 Architects & PlannersThe back of this 1920s brick and siding Cape Cod gets a compact addition to create a new Family room, open Kitchen, Covered Entry, and Master Bedroom Suite above. European-styling of the interior was a consideration throughout the design process, as well as with the materials and finishes. The project includes all cabinetry, built-ins, shelving and trim work (even down to the towel bars!) custom made on site by the home owner.

America Green BuildersRoom addition bathroom on 1st floor. adding 60 sq ft in the back part of the kitchen exit. new plumbing, foundation, framing, electrical, stucco, wood siding, drywall, marble tile floor, cement tiles on walls, shower pane, new corner shower, stackable laundry washer and dryer, new exit door the the backyard.
