TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis young married couple enlisted our help to update their recently purchased condo into a brighter, open space that reflected their taste. They traveled to Copenhagen at the onset of their trip, and that trip largely influenced the design direction of their home, from the herringbone floors to the Copenhagen-based kitchen cabinetry. We blended their love of European interiors with their Asian heritage and created a soft, minimalist, cozy interior with an emphasis on clean lines and muted palettes.
Fireclay TilePair subtle gray subway tile with the neutral handpainted floor tile to create a vanity worth being vain in.

Patterned Tiles: Vibrant, geometric floor tiles create a playful yet sophisticated atmosphere. The black and white motif exudes mid-century charm and timeless elegance.
Floating Vanity: A sleek, vanity with clean lines maximizes floor space and provides ample storage for toiletries and linens.
Frameless Glass Shower: The bath features a modern, frameless glass shower enclosure, offering a spa-like experience for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Natural Light: Large windows in the bathroom allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Hulburd Design transformed a 1920s French Provincial-style home to accommodate a family of five with guest quarters. The family frequently entertains and loves to cook. This, along with their extensive modern art collection and Scandinavian aesthetic informed the clean, lively palette.
Nsight Kitchen and Bath DesignFully remodeled master bathroom was reimaged to fit the lifestyle and personality of the client. Complete with a full-sized freestanding bathtub, customer vanity, wall mounted fixtures and standalone shower.
Brooke Sipe InteriorsSerene and inviting, this primary bathroom received a full renovation with new, modern amenities. A custom white oak vanity and low maintenance stone countertop provides a clean and polished space. Handmade tiles combined with soft brass fixtures, creates a luxurious shower for two. The generous, sloped, soaking tub allows for relaxing baths by candlelight. The result is a soft, neutral, timeless bathroom retreat.
Bathrooms By OldhamA combination of oak and pastel blue created a calming oasis to lye in the tranquil bath and watch the world go by. New Velux solar skylight and louvre window were installed to add ventilation and light.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis Willow Glen Eichler had undergone an 80s renovation that sadly didn't take the midcentury modern architecture into consideration. We converted both bathrooms back to a midcentury modern style with an infusion of Japandi elements. We borrowed space from the master bedroom to make the master ensuite a luxurious curbless wet room with soaking tub and Japanese tiles.
Landis Architects | BuildersFor the primary bath renovation on the second level, we slightly expanded the footprint of the bathroom by incorporating an existing closet and short hallway. The inviting new bath is black and gray with gold tile accents and now has a double sink vanity with warm wood tones.
Urbana Design StudioWe created this colorful bathroom for the daughter, incorporating her favorite colors. This modern tile pattern pairs with a white oak floating vanity. The tile pattern flows up from the floor and is carried up the wall as the backsplash to create a stunning focal wall.
Eisenbrandt CompaniesNotably centered to capture all reflections, this intentionally-crafted knotty pine vanity and linen closet illuminates the space with intricate millwork and finishes. A perfect mix of metals and tiles with keen details to bring this vision to life! Custom black grid shower glass anchors the depth of the room with calacatta and arabascato marble accents. Chrome fixtures and accessories with pops of champagne bronze. Shaker-style board and batten trim wraps the walls and vanity mirror to bring warm and dimension.
