Orange Moon InteriorsOriginal 1960's tile was salvaged and paired with mid century modern finsihings.
Align Design LLCThis project was focused on eeking out space for another bathroom for this growing family. The three bedroom, Craftsman bungalow was originally built with only one bathroom, which is typical for the era. The challenge was to find space without compromising the existing storage in the home. It was achieved by claiming the closet areas between two bedrooms, increasing the original 29" depth and expanding into the larger of the two bedrooms. The result was a compact, yet efficient bathroom. Classic finishes are respectful of the vernacular and time period of the home.

Devine Bath & KitchenSmall master bathroom total renovation. High gloss white vanity and cabinets above toilet for extra storage. Small shower stall expanded for easier entry and more space. Hidden shower niche. Carrara marble style ceramic tile in shower with small hex flooring. Large "cement" style ceramic hex tiles flooring. New Toto Washlet toilet.
T.L. Jackson ConstructionA master bathroom remodel that has white beadboard wainscoting with a walk-in glass door shower. The floor tiles are a 2" Hex Daylight with a Midnight Dot.
Imperfect InteriorsThe ceiling height in the master bathroom was accentuated by using a pale waterproof polished plaster which is seamless and makes the room look and feel larger. The matt black bathroom fittings create a graphic contrast with the pale walls & bespoke floating vanity unit, whilst the asymmetric patterned floor tiles add some energy.
Corinthian Fine HomesThis homeowner loved her home, loved the location, but it needed updating and a more efficient use of the condensed space she had for her master bedroom/bath.
She was desirous of a spa-like master suite that not only used all spaces efficiently but was a tranquil escape to enjoy.
Her master bathroom was small, dated and inefficient with a corner shower and she used a couple small areas for storage but needed a more formal master closet and designated space for her shoes. Additionally, we were working with severely sloped ceilings in this space, which required us to be creative in utilizing the space for a hallway as well as prized shoe storage while stealing space from the bedroom. She also asked for a laundry room on this floor, which we were able to create using stackable units. Custom closet cabinetry allowed for closed storage and a fun light fixture complete the space. Her new master bathroom allowed for a large shower with fun tile and bench, custom cabinetry with transitional plumbing fixtures, and a sliding barn door for privacy.
Eden LA Furniture and InteriorsThis client has been a client with EdenLA since 2010, and this is one of the projects we have done with them through the years. We are in planning phases now of a historical Spanish stunner in Hancock Park, but more on that later. This home reflected our awesome clients' affinity for the modern. A slight sprucing turned into a full renovation complete with additions of this mid century modern house that was more fitting for their growing family. Working with this client is always truly collaborative and we enjoy the end results immensely. The custom gallery wall in this house was super fun to create and we love the faith our clients place in us.
