Inscope Management Services LtdTwo very cramped en-suite shower rooms have been reconfigured and reconstructed to provide a single spacious and very functional en-suite bathroom.
The work undertaken included the planning of the 2 bedrooms and the new en-suite, structural alterations to allow the wall between the original en-suites to be removed allowing them to be combined. Ceilings and floors have been levelled and reinforced, loft space and external walls all thermally insulated.
A new pressurised hot water system has been introduced allowing the removal of a pumped system, 2 electric showers and the 2 original hot and cold water tanks which has the added advantage of creating additional storage space.
Chi Renovation & DesignA simple but beautiful bathroom we designed, perfect for Airbnb guests! Clean and contemporary with just a dash of wall decor complemented by a stunning gold-framed mirror. Due to the size of this space, we kept the vanity slim and sleek and the floors, tiling, and vanity a refreshing white color. The upper walls are painted in the same dark charcoal gray as the rest of the home.

In order that the tile decor does not tire and does not catch the eye, you need to choose a tile in one shade. As was done in this project. Plain and patterned tiles are selected in the same shade. Patterned tiles are laid in a niche to highlight it. Also, we recommend choosing glass doors and screens with a narrow frame, this does not overload the appearance, but still remains durable. As a result, we have an airy light design that will not get bored for a long time.
