Ameo ConceptPour la rénovation complète de ce studio, le brief des propriétaires était clair : que la surface accueille tous les équipements d’un grand appartement.
La répartition des espaces était néanmoins contrainte par l’emplacement de deux fenêtres en L, et celui des évacuations de plomberie positionnées à l’entrée, ne laissant pas une grande liberté d’action.
Pari tenu pour l’équipe d’Ameo Concept : une cuisine offrant deux plans de travail avec tout l’électroménager nécessaire (lave linge, four, lave vaisselle, plaque de cuisson), une salle d’eau harmonieuse tout en courbes, une alcôve nuit indépendante et intime où des rideaux délimitent l’espace. Enfin, une pièce à vivre fonctionnelle et chaleureuse, comportant un espace dînatoire avec banquette coffre, sans oublier le salon offrant deux couchages complémentaires.
Une rénovation clé en main, où les moindres détails ont été pensés pour valoriser le bien.
La Reina Obrera - Arquitectura e InteriorismoEl cuarto de baño de invitados se resuelve en una cabina cerrada. Se entiende que, a pesar de la búsqueda de espacios abiertos y comunicados, algunas funciones requieren toda la intimidad posible.
BRÜNING INTERIORSEine Herausforderung für alle Beteiligte war dieses Badezimmer. Hand in Hand arbeiteten Schreiner und Maler zusammen, um diese gespachtelte Oberfläche auch auf dem Waschtisch in Perfektion umzusetzen.
M.O.Daby DesignL+M's ADU is a basement converted to an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with exterior & main level access, wet bar, living space with movie center & ethanol fireplace, office divided by custom steel & glass "window" grid, guest bathroom, & guest bedroom. Along with an efficient & versatile layout, we were able to get playful with the design, reflecting the whimsical personalties of the home owners.

WoodwaysThis Woodways vanity incorporates strong grid lines to reflect the contemporary design of the home. U shaped drawers are used in the sink cabinet to encompass the plumbing while still providing drawer storage in this space of the cabinet. The white countertop allows the light to reflect in the room, thus brightening the design.
UserThe Glo European Windows A5 Series windows and doors were carefully selected for the Whitefish Residence to support the high performance and modern architectural design of the home. Triple pane glass, a larger continuous thermal break, multiple air seals, and high performance spacers all help to eliminate condensation and heat convection while providing durability to last the lifetime of the building. This higher level of efficiency will also help to keep continued utility costs low and maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year.
Large fixed window units mulled together in the field provide sweeping views of the valley and mountains beyond. Full light exterior doors with transom windows above provide natural daylight to penetrate deep into the home. A large lift and slide door opens the living area to the exterior of the home and creates an atmosphere of spaciousness and ethereality. Modern aluminum frames with clean lines paired with stainless steel handles accent the subtle details of the architectural design. Tilt and turn windows throughout the space allow the option of natural ventilation while maintaining clear views of the picturesque landscape.
